Fast, accurate and lower cost than other notaries in San Jose. He works out of his home which keeps his overhead down. Nathan is a real pro.

Excellent service -Competitive pricing-safe location and hours of service, dedicated and experienced notary. Im a retired public servant of the City of San Jose. As a senior member of the Evergreen Community my wife and I greatly appreciated Nathan's patience and focus on detail and thorough explanations of the process, legalities, purpose and expected results. He takes pride in his service and it shows in his professionalism. read more

Great experience with Nathan Notary. Timely responses and on time appointments. Very professional services.

After a random Google search for notary services, Nathan's name came up and I decided to give him a try. I made my appointment well in advance to ensure a smooth interaction, however, the day before I had to change our appointment time. Nathan was very gracious and accommodated my time change request. The process itself was easy and efficient. Nathan helped me to clear up some confusion on one form and I was out the door in about 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier and will gladly use Nathan's services again next time I need notary services. read more

Need to get a document notarized during weekend so I tried make an appointment with Nathan. He confirmed promptly, though it was as late as Saturday evening 11pm. Next day, all thing were done on time and smoothly. Amazing service, professional and fast! read more

I have worked with Nathan on several occasions in the past several years now. And kinda surprised, I didn't write a review yet. First, he's a thorough professional. He's understanding and cooperative. And very meticulous (what one would expect his profession to demand). He works out of his home office, and has fairly open working hours allowing working professionals to navigate their daily work schedules. The only thing to be aware is that parking could be little bit of a challenge around his house (office), so you're better advised to budget some extra time to find a good parking spot. read more

The service was quick and professional, and for a great value. Was able to get an appointment right away and it was no problem for him. Honestly, I was really impressed with the level of service and how quickly it was done (as already mentioned). Would come back and would recommend 10/10. Thank you for your help. read more

I was referred to Nathan Notary by a friend. Appt is scheduled online and you get email confirmation and Nathan will send you his location. When I didn't get his address, where to meet, I sent him an email and he was quick to respond. We met as scheduled and I got my document notarized less than 5 mins. He's professional and responsive. being that he has his office setup at home, his price is reasonable. I will be using him again for future notary services and will refer friends to him. read more

Needed a document notarized quickly. Nathan had on online scheduling feature that was very convenient and he responded within a couple of hours. I didn't mind going to his home office since it was in my area. Parking was a little tricky because I came at night when there wasn't much. Inside the complex, you will see signs stating permits to park are required AFTER 9 pm. There's also parking on the street outside the complex. Give yourself an extra 5 - 10 minutes to find parking and to walk. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Nathan read more

I needed a notary for some life insurance documents and Nathan not only responded to my text immediately, but he was also able to see me within an hour notice. He was even willing to come to my home for a small surcharge but he was close enough for us to drive to him. The process took less than 10 minutes and was so affordable for such quick and great service. His friendly demeanor and helpfulness will ensure that I return to him with any other of my notary needs and I highly recommend him. read more

I found Nathan through Yelp when I was looking for a notary service near Campbell/San Jose. He was very prompt to respond to my email request, and we were able to set a time and date to meet right away. I was able to take advantage of his "yelper" discount price of $5/signature. I requested Nathan to meet us at a place near our house instead of us going to his office, so there was the extra charge but it totally worth the little bit of extra charge as he's very accommodating wherever you want to meet! One of our paper was out of date, which we didn't realize until he pointed it out, but Nathan was able to provided us with the most recent document to supplement to our original doc. Great communication, professional service, I'd call him again when we require a notary service! read more

The entire process with Nathan Notary (from booking an appointment to notarizing) was simple, efficient, and professional. Nathan's fee is better than most ($10/signature) and his communication was excellent. He texted and called me 30 min prior to my appointment to remind me which I found helpful. And he also texted me a thank you after I left his office which was very courteous. He was also very detail-oriented, which I appreciate. I would definitely do business with Nathan again! read more

Excellent service. Honest and meticulous. Office is well kept. Easy to schedule online appointments

What a pleasant experience! I went in to get some passport application papers notarized as I would not be available to go with my wife for my son's first passport book. What a bummer, I know. I found Nathan's notary services through a Yelp search, and I was quite happy that he was near my work in South San Jose. Just as a heads up, and as it is mentioned on the Yelp site, he does not do mobile notary, but I think the experience will more than makeup for it. I was in, docs notarized, and out of his home office in less than 10 minutes. Overall, great experience. I will definitely be contacting him for future needs. And making appointments is super easy too, just click the link in his website and all instructions will follow in an email. One last thing, bring cash or a checkbook for payment. read more

I find this guy on behalf of my grandmother. This guy comes over, looks at the document, says he wouldn't notarize my grandma's signature if he can only communicate with her through a translator. If that's true, okay, I get that. HOWEVER, he left one minute later and charged $30 for "travel fees" (mind you within San Jose - 14.7 miles to be exact (30 miles round trip) - on a Sunday evening). The least he should have done was reduce the travel fee considering we looked towards him for his expertise in notary public requirements. I will take accountability for my failure to state from the beginning that I was looking on behalf of my grandmother who does not speak English. However, I still believe a professional would ask pertinent questions before committing to being a notary then charging a client for just showing up. For future clients - NO TRANSLATORS! read more

Fast service! Best to email Nathan if u want a fast response. In addition, how can you beat $5 per signature?

Found Nathan through Yelp & Local Yahoo listings, I have nothing but great things to say about him. Fast, friendly and very professional service. Nathan was very informative and quick to reply back upon emailing him through his website form. I think the number listed is his personal cell phone since he's always there to respond quickly. It took less than a day to meet up with him at a nearby location, I was in and out in less than ten minutes for the document I needed signed, talk about efficient. All of this for an extremely low price, $5. I'm a bit in awe how well this guy carries out his commitment to his services. If you need something notarized in the South Bay, this is the man. read more

Most ppl. would go to Kinkos and co to get their papers notarized and pay lots of money without knowing it and pay for crappy, unfriendly, unprofessional service. If you are looking for someone who knows what he is doing and provide you with the best customer service you are looking for. This is the place! We needed to sign some legal papers from Korea and we had to have them notarized. All the other places we called they asked horrendous money and they weren't able to answer our questions. When we called here.. Nathan gave us a quote all the information we needed. We also had to sign something on behalf of our 1 year old child and taking a young child to those places might be tricky and as forgetful parents you might leave stuff at home! How inconvenient... BUT Nathan came to our house and we were able to sign all the paper at OUR CONVENIENCE !! AND it was cheaper than any other places. Other places we called charged us 10-25$ per paper. He asked us for 5$. It doesn't get any better. If you need professional help with your documents... This is the place to call! read more

My dad and I found out we have some unclaimed property and we needed to get our signatures notarized in order to submit the paperwork. We have pretty mis-matched schedules, so we turned to Yelp to find someone who would be available on a Sunday. Our search led us to "Nathan Notary," and while the idea of meeting a stranger at Starbucks to get our papers notarized sketched me out a little bit, Nathan was nothing but courteous and professional. He was dressed in an official shirt so we knew it was him, and handled business efficiently and professionally. He charged $5 per signature, so the grand total was $10. Now if only our unclaimed property is worth more than that, then we'll come out on top ;) I would definitely use Nathan's services again. Highly recommend. read more

I've contacted several notary places before I found Nathan Notary through Google search engine. To my finding, he charges the cheapest and yet, responds to my emails very quickly. We met up on the same day at a Starbucks. He notarized four of my signatures and was very through with the documents. All for $20. =) And some places charge $20 for ONE signature. I would use him again. Very professional and friendly. read more

Nathan was very professional, and I was very happy with his services. It was easy to book online, and he was even flexible enough to spontaneously move my appointment to an earlier time when I asked him. The process was quick and professional, can highly recommend. Thank you Nathan! read more
