It is much larger than the old North Garland facility with what looks to be an emergency center in part of the building. After circling one time to get my bearings of where the clinic area was located I entered. I should say the reason I've stayed with Baylor all these years is personal, friendly service and diagnostic advanced care. So it was good to know progress and growth had not dampened those attributes, but as one should expect- made positive strides in my opinion to advance both service and care with a bit more speed. Being employed in tech I immediately appreciate their use of new "stuff", from the Phone app to the gear they employ for even my simple checkup. Nothing like speed when your waiting on the numbers! Service- It's a big place but after determining where clinic was from the entryway shingle, I was greeted warmly and escorted to the area where my new doctor served. Short wait- very good first visit with "new" Dr- some diagnostic tech and I'm done. While I was out in under 1 hr, even with a meet/greet the new doctor, I felt very good about the visit and Baylor. This was a Friday the 13th visit but I had some lab results on Saturday via the Baylor app and full results with Doctor recommendations Sunday evening. Pleased to say the least - 5/5!

My issue with BSW is their Urgent Care clinic. Instead of seeing a doctor for my reoccurring UTI, I was attended by a nurse practioner. The meds she prescribed was for only the symptoms. Needless to say, a few days later, I wound up at the emergency room at an urgent care. I still have another three days on meds. If in three days there's no improvement, Ill be back to BSW ER.

Didn't properly manage expectations before the surgery…read more I met the doctor twice before the surgery and was explicitly clear about how I am physically active, train dialy, how function is my number one priority. Had this surgery been sold to me as pain management for older folks where function will be sacrificed, I would have not had my shoulder replaced. I now have a "bum" shoulder that does not work right. Activities I have engaged in all my life are no longer possible. When I noticed something wasn't right about 3 months after surgery the doctor replied with answers like "I think it looks better that way," or "I'm concerned how it looks, how's the pain?" Then when I pushed the doctor to fix this ugly mess, he cuts his losses and doesn't want to deal with it anymore. The results are ugly. I have a deep 1 inch indent/gash compared to my other shoulder and it's visible under cloths. If you carry extra muscle it will be far more noticeable. Note to the doctor: please don't include me in your 97% success rate. This guy doctors up his Google ratings. Don't be fooled into thinking he gets no negative reviews. I have 3 other orthopedic surgeons, a cat scan, 2 ultra sounds, and all say the same thing independently, this isn't right. Fortunately, I found a doctor to fix his mess.

The thing I love about him is he's always so caring and will talk and socialize with you albeit this sometimes causes him to run behind in his appointments. Terrible doctors office with abhorrent service and useless hours. The posted hours are until 5 yet…read morethe doctors leave by 1pm so what's the point? If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. Thank God open enrollment is back so I can switch insurance and get back to a real Dr office. I've had better care and compassion at a free mental health clinic in the hood. These people are deplorable. For anyone with diagnosed mental illness I beg you to go somewhere that actually sees you as a person and wants to help you and keep you safe. Seek help from those who WANT to help you not just want your money. Ps. At my first and only in person appointment there were dead roaches in the room I was seen in
