I do not see the reason of spending $12 dollars cleaning a piece of clothing I do not care that much about. I would rather save money and buy something new for me. but this is me. I took a new jacket to Adams Cleaner, never washed and worn 3 times max. I do have the same jacket in other colors. but the one I took was the newest one. I was soooo specific to say, in how to clean that jacket, because I know how it is. When I picked up the jacket, it took couple days until I opened the bag to wear the jacket. When I opened, The jacket that had a very HOT guaba (PINK) color turned to be blueish, and it had bubbles all over in the front. I went back and asked to speak with a manager, spoke with Silvia and left the jacket to be looked at. went back today (2 days after. as they requested) and the lady up front gives my jacket back and says " Well it was dry cleaned, nothing we can do and bla bla bla). I asked to call the manager again, and I spoke with a guy called John or Joe (Can't remember) and he was very sarcastic and laughing on the phone (THIS IS RIDICULOUS, WE ARE YOUR CLIENT'S, YOU ARE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE STUPID PEOPLE LIKE ME BELIEVE IN YOUR WORK AND TAKE THEIR CLOTHES TO BE CLEANED). He offered me store credit which I do not want it. because i just got a ruined jacket back from them, how I would want a store credit. Long story short, the jacket is from Zara, you can look it up. most of their blazers are from $100- $150. I paid $100 for mine. It is not only for the money, but is about the jacket and the frustrating feeling of contracting a service to clean something you have, and they return completely ruined and not caring about. I know my rights. and I could definitely sue the drycleaner for negligence in Small Claims Court. even a child can see the damage on the jacket. How you clean a pink jacket, gives back to your client a blueish jacket, with marks of bubbles all over the FRONT. and do not even mind to apologize, value the client's business. If you screwed up is okay, but have the dignity of fixing you dirty work. Well I wish I can advise someone out there, to at least be cautious. and do not get frustrated like I am. Ludimila Rodrigues
