Just ok job. It's hard to find a good cleaners in Florida it seems. Customer service sucks, staff is not very nice, and you can tell they hate their job read more

Super fast and fair prices! I dropped off some high end Armani garments and they were ready, and perfect, the next day.

Cape Cleaners is THE BEST Dry Cleaners in Cape Coral and they truley care about their customers. Highly recommend!

OMG, don't get me wrong they do a great job. We had a sweater cleaned it cost $20.00, I asked for a quote to have a comforter cleaned they said $60.00, I could buy another for $80.00 and donate the one I had, which I will. They do a good job but get a firm quote before taking your items to Cape Cleaners unless money is not an obstacle for you. I like to know I'm not getting scalped by the people I try to keep in business. read more

I had my son's suit cleaned here. They were swift and professional. They also offer other services I could use in the future. They are a full service entity. Highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend Cape Cleaners. I recently started going there as our previous cleaner closed. They did a great job on my shirts. They are quick, friendly and do great work. Their prices are good, and a bargain considering the service received. read more

They were pretty run of the mill. Dropped the stuff off, got it back. Nothing special but also nothing bad either. The important thing is the clothes became nice and clean, and that's really all that matters. The drive thru concept is kind of cool. read more

Had the item not sat without being treated NO STAINS would be on the item. There were NO STAINS when dropped off to be cleaned as the accident had just happened. You were entrusted to take care of the item and now its completely ruined. The funds have not been returned as stated previously, and the cleaning charge does not come close to covering the cost to replace this item. read more

They were close by so I just gave them a try. I was pleased with their pleasant service and up to date text messaging service. They also have competitive pricing and my dress turned out great! read more

Absolutely awesome service. Always clean and neat. Going the Xtra mile if necessary. Good location.

The service we received was beyond any of our expectations. The person (Jen) was extremely friendly and told us to best way use their service. They text us to welcome us as a new customer. They have an App where we can track the status of our cleaning. I never expect much from my dry cleaning back home so when we saw the extra mile Cape Cleaners went for their customer experience I had to write them a review. Every company could learn from them . Keep up the great work guys!!!! read more

Cape Cleaners - Puppy loves how nice his bed was Dry Cleaned. - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

My first visit was a complete success. They were very nice and professional. Good quality and done on time. Our #1 choice in the Cape.

Not sure what happened today because I've been going here for five years what the issue was resolved and I'm happy

Just moved to the area and pulled up on a Friday to leave things I needed before Monday. Jennifer very sweetly let me know I had missed the window and filled me in on what to do for next time. I ended up finding someone in town to dry clean over the weekend and even had coupons for them BUT Jennifer was SO sweet that I came back the following week. I smartened up and got there early enough for same day service and Jennifer was super friendly again- welcomes me to the area and gave me some tips for the dreaded *in-season* that is approaching. This will definitely be my weekly dry cleaner! read more

Brought all my uniforms that I needed to be sized up from school and they did all 5 of them for a great price. Great owner and fast service for a tailor shop. Will definitely be going back for any work I need done on my clothes/uniforms. Was all done within a week. read more

Amazing customer service! I had such a pleasant experience using Cape Cleaners for the first time. The young gentleman at counter was so friendly and helpful getting me set up for first time service. And with four pieces dropped off in the afternoon, they were ready the next business day after 5:00pm. Pick up was a breeze with the drive thru service and another female employee was so friendly and very helpful. I will continue business here again and again, and will definitely recommend. *They love their Firefighters! It's been a year now since I have reviewed the Cape Cleaners so I figured it was time to update my review. First I would like to welcome back Jen C. since she has been gone for about a year. Now that she is back her service is as good as ever. She now has my clothes waiting for me when she notices me driving up to the door. A great Five Star cleaner and a 50 Star employee they have with Jen. She certainly makes a person feel special and appreciated. Keep up the good work!!! Regards, Heinz read more

It was a very good professional place. The girl at the front Jennifer needs classes in customer service. Very bad attitude and unprofessional. She needs to be in the back cleaning. Both times with her has been bad. Never had this experience there till she took the front. Please retrain her or you will lose Business. read more

If you are on vacation, and looking for a cleaners. Look no further. Cape Cleaners does an amazing job and they do it quickly. I dropped my suit off today for a wedding this weekend. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jennifer. Stellar customer service! I love a business that treats their customers like they are family. This is what you get from using Cape Cleaners. I come to Cape Coral often throughout the year. Cape Cleaners has earned all my dry cleaning business from this day forward. Thank you again Jennifer, it was amazing to meet you! read more

PLEASE READ TO THE END!!!!! It is sad but I am always surprised when I receive wonderful customer service and today a local company went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced before!!!! Cape Cleaners on Cape Coral Parkway!!!! I was already beyond happy with their service because they have a drive through, they are super fast, they open early, AND cost about 3/4's less than what I was paying for my husband's uniform to be cleaned at another local cleaners. This past Saturday at 2:30pm, I realized that I had not picked up my husband's police uniform and they closed at 2:00pm, did not open until Monday morning, and he worked Sunday at 6:00am. I went into straight panic mode!!!! I surrendered to the fact that the two of us would have our first real "fight" when he got home, but nothing could make me feel worse than I already did!!! I went by the cleaners, praying that someone was still there, but they were not, I called repeatedly, but no one answered, so I sent the owner an email letting him know what had happened. He called me about an hour later and offered to meet me up there. My total was a whopping $5.76 and this gentleman dropped whatever he was doing to help out a total stranger!!!! I whole heartedly believe in karma and I hope something great happens to him because he sure did make my weekend and save us from our first fight :-) If you use a dry cleaner in Cape Coral, be sure it is the BEST ONE IN TOWN, Cape Cleaners on Cape Coral Parkway, they totally rock!!!!!! read more

While attempting to iron my daughters Homecoming dress... Something on the iron transferred to the dress... A Red Mess! With only an hour and a half to spare I rushed to Cape Cleaners and a Miracle occurred!!! The owner had already left for the night, her son called her, she returned and Completely removed the red stain that surely looked permanent. My daughter was able to wear it and Made it there in time!!! Cape Cleaners worked a true miracle! And did it out of the kindness of their hearts. They are the Best!!! So Thankful! I learned a valuable lesson... When in doubt take it to Cape Cleaners!!! read more

Good reliable, reasonable prices. Owner willing to resolve a problem to both party's satisfaction.

New to town, needed new cleaners.. found this place on Yelp. I mosey'd on down and was received by Angel, at the front desk. easy location on Cape pkwy. seemed busy and bustlin' they were very friendly, nice and receptive. I mentioned this was my first time there and he gave me a newcomer discount! nice surprise. I spend alot of money on my garments and often have them tailored. I feel confident this cleaner knows what they are doing. I gave four stars only because I have just dropped my stuff off. great start tho! read more

I have been coming here for several years and the customer service is the best you'll find anywhere. Jennifer makes a point of knowing all of her customers and even in the early morning hours, she greets me with a huge smile and a bubbling attitude. The level of personal customer service is unlike anything I've experienced at any other business. Because they know me, I'm able to quickly pull in and drop off or pick up my clothes without delay because they already remember me and don't need to even ask for a phone number. Jennifer and Erin make routine errands a delight! read more

These guys won best of Cape Coral! I knew that they would :)

As a follow-up to earlier comments, the owner did get in touch with us and resolved our issue.

I have to preface this rating with the fact that I have experienced better...them in the past...but am now very disappointed. I have been using this company religiously since 2005, and even after they moved locations and were no longer simply down the street from me. Recently, as usually I dropped off a months worth of dry cleaning, usually resulting in an $80-100 bill, which is resonable for the amount of clothing I do drop off each month,as they are the best price in town. Included in this drop off was a personal one of a kind hockey jersey. Without hesitation or concern I left this jersey with them, this was the first time it would be cleaned. Upon picking the jersey up and returning home, I noticed that the stitching on the lettering was significantly frayed and coming loose. Now, my girlfriend has the exact same jersey and has had it for the exact same amouont of time, she has washed and dryed hers repeatedly without a problem. I returned and sppoke with same woman I have spoken with for years (name withheld), and explained the same as I did above. Her response was to state "This is poorly made, and we had no reason to tell you to wash it at home".... ...the jersey was a personal gift from the team, hand stitched by the teams euipment manager, someone who does this for a living, hundreds of times a season. I will not do business with an organization that places blame with someone else blindly and cannot admit to their mistakes, especailly to a long time loyal customer. This will be the last time I use their services. read more

Hey cape Cleaners you need to review your prices!! Lost my business and I do lots Year round!! Tried you twice now you're way over priced sorry!! Worker friendly but didn't offer much of anything not good! read more

yikes, sticker shock!! staying in cape coral for the month and had a few sweaters to be laundered (2 GAP sweaters to be precise) - dropped off 5 items total after the positive reviews and seriously, $8.49 for EACH piece of dry cleaning? I was being lazy and should have just washed these items on delicate as they did not need dry cleaning (but when on vacation who wants to iron or do laundry?) anyway, I even received a 20% discount and still cost me $33. i'm from Chicago were most everything is expensive, but I miss our CD One cleaners where ALL items are $2.99. What a rip-off. Especially, as I had a small stain on one of the sweaters and when I told and showed them where it was i was told 'we spot clean the whole garment'. well great, stain was still there $8.49 later. however, they were friendly and clothes were ready when promised. read more

My family and I are so impressed with this business. We called them on Thursday in a panic because our daughter didn't have her prom dress altered. The lady that answered the phone was named Jennifer and she went out of her way to call the manager/owner and ask if they could accommodate us to have the dress done by Saturday morning. They agreed! We had our 16year old daughter bring the dress there. she was greeted by Tanya, she treated her kind and was very efficient. I was so relieved, as everyone else turned us down. Prom was smooth because of these lovely people. I am was impressed with there customer service and eagerness to make a young girls dream flawless. Thank you cape cleaners!! read more

Drive through service and they are crazy friendly and fun. I went to 3 other well reviewed places on Yelp and hated them all. This was a breath of fresh air and the price was right. I got a sport coat cleaned in a day because I really needed it. They said No Problem. Bam you gotta love that. read more

Cape Cleaners goes above and beyond. Although we had a mixup at one time, they have more than made up for the mistake. The employees are friendly and obviously VERY good at what they do because they were able to get a stubborn stain out of a pair of white pants. They explained their "time consuming" process and it worked. I was afraid I was going to have to throw away an expensive and favorite pair of slacks. Kudos to Cape Cleaners! I do have one question, nothing to do with the cleaners. I had my initial review on Angie's List and it showed up here as well. ??? read more

After having written the scathing review of Cape Cleaners on 8/3/16, the owner contacted me by e-mail and followed up by cell phone. He said that he was sorry for my bad experience and he would make every effort to get the stain removed and offered to refund my money whether he was successful or not. He cautioned me that not all stains can be removed. I picked up my suit this morning and the stains had been removed completely. I too am sorry for the bad experience but would not hesitate to use Cape Cleaners again in the future. The owners customer service and follow up are to be commended. read more

Good folks and have been accommodating. Always pleasant, one of the few places on the Cape that you can get same day dry cleaning.
