Okay, I just moved here from Los Angeles, Ca including the desert cities. I have had many a dry cleaner. Some high end some low end and a few in between. Yes, Carriage is expensive. However, if you bother to read about the product/service they offer you would realize why they charge premium prices. Please stop giving businesses' poor ratings based on dollar amounts only! That gives those of us looking for great organic services the brush-off because you can't afford the service, or simply don't understand this particular services details. Overall my clothes don't have that just dry cleaned smell. Matter of fact they don't smell at all! In addition they are perfectly pressed. Again if you understand the differences between take-out and in-house then you'll understand this business model, and pricing scheme. read more

Poor quality cleaning when I ask to do a better job they cleaned a second and showed improvement but not to my satisfaction. After second cleaning the company instead to satisfy a customer they refused doing business and will no longer do my cleaning. You have to ask yourself instead of doing a good job they don't want future business. Stay away read more

Macro rip off scam at it's best. Before I start, I have no qualm about the quality. It was on par with any major City's service but 3 men's shirts, 3 slacks, 1 sport coat and a sundress...60 Bucks? That's Luxury Hotel Fees! After questioning the bill (having used dry cleaners all my adult life, almost 40 years) I was reminded that we're in Cape Coral and that's a competitive rate but "here's a 20% coupon for your next visit". Not happy but I shrugged it off and handed her a blouse to clean. Upon presenting the same lady that gave me the BS speech and coupon on pick up of the blouse, BTW $8.50 I was told that the 20% is not valid because I DID NOT CHECK THE ITEM IN WITH THE COUPON and that she has no way of ringing it up that way!!! How would you feel? read more

Very happy with the fast, professional dry cleaning service provided at CCC. Friendly staff and helpful setting up my new customer account. I felt like prices were reasonable & competitive for the local area. read more

Gets done in timely fashion and reasonable prices! Would recommend them! Offer specials at times too!

1st time here and had a pleasant experience. In short conversation employees were helpful with my clothes were cleaned, pressed and awesome looking all in time for my uncles birthday dinner. Yay thank you carriage cleaners will definitely be back. read more

My clothes were cleaned fine, but for the price,... I'm looking for another dry cleaner. A men's suit and two women's dresses should not cost almost $45 to clean - and that's with a $5 coupon - so it would have been closer to $50! And they weren't even fancy dresses! read more

Carriage Class Cleaners - A men's suit and two women's dresses should not cost $45! - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

VERY EXPENSIVE!! I could've brought a new comforter for the price of cleaning this one ($51). For that price it would've been nice if the guy who served me could have smiled! I won't be going back! read more

For those looking for a cleaner, I would stay clear of Carriage Class Cleaners. Today I called in as a follow up to an email I sent in about a month ago requesting service. The owner Eric was extremely rude, spoke to me about an issue with someone else account not affiliated with me, and simply blew the opportunity to earn business. read more

Great experience! Was in town for a wedding and they quickly pressed our clothes and even delivered them to our hotel! Awesome!!!

I posted this review a few weeks ago but for some reason it never posted... I can't believe how over priced this place is. There are so many other dry cleaners in Cape Coral that do just as good of a job for a fraction of the price. I lived in Washington DC for several years and I never paid more than $20-$30 for a load of laundry. When I first moved back to Florida I got my clothes cleaned here and was completely floored that they charged almost four times more than what I was used to paying in the city. I now go to a great little place in the Winn Dixie shopping plaza off Cape Coral parkway and they are a fraction of the cost. Save yourself some money and check out other places in the area read more

PLEASE READ AND FORM YOUR OWN OPINION OF THIS "DRY CLEANERS" So this is my opinion/experience of or with Carriage Dry Cleaners. I bring my clothes in Saturday afternoon and I tell her I have never been here before and she says "Oh! Really Ok"! She ask me for my phone number and she begins to look over the clothes I brought with me. I ask her will any of these be a problem price wise and she says "No! No! everything is fine". To all those that are thinking well what did he bring in. Here is exactly what I asked them to dry clean: 2 - 100% Cotton Shorts $15.00, 3 - Regular Polo Shirts $18.00, 2 - Short Sleeve Button shirts $16.00, 1 - Long Sleeve Old Navy Shirt $9.00, 4 - Long Sleeve Dress Shirts $12.00 for a GRAND TOTAL OF $70.00. Now for all of you thinking why did he agree to that, well I didn't. The receipt they give you in return for your clothing doesn't have the price on it either. Come to find out they do not have a single break down of their pricing anywhere in that establishment. Nothing letting the customer know how much their services are. When I told her that they should have a price list you know she said nothing, not one word to me what so ever. So for all of you thinking of using Carriage Cleaners please beware, I don't know what your financial means are but I definitely don't have the means to pay $70 for the cleaning of everyday clothing. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!! read more

The service was excellent. However the price is highway robbery. It cost 52$ to WASH a king size comforter. I went to a different one and thy charge 1/3 the price like most reasonable cleaners. The lady was nice but WOW. The pricing is insane. read more

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at Carriage Cleaners. I walked in around 1:30p.m. My son had a job interview the next day at 8 a.m. and needed same day service. Eric, the owner, could see that I was panicked about getting his suit dry cleaned. They offered to squeeze us in and he could p/u his freshly cleaned suit at 7:30 the next morning! My son arrived a little earlier than 7:30 a.m. the next morning and they were ready for him! He changed in their fitting room and off he went. I am happy to report, he got the job! Thanks again, Eric and staff, for going the extra for us! read more

I am not impressed with the quality of the work. They regularly press wrinkles into my shirts, on the collar, cuffs and down the front. They are not good at getting stains out either. I will be finding a new cleaner. read more

I have been using Carriage Class for more than 6 months now. I drop off at their Fort Myers location on S 41. Kim has always been very accommodating to every request I have made. They call me with questions or delays and have done several repairs on my garments. I am extremely particular and critical as other cleaners could attest. Their prices are in line with all first class cleaners. And that means they are not cheap but reasonable. When you expect the best service you can not expect cheap. read more

TERRIBLE customer service and a complete RIP OFF! Took in an item to be hemmed and taken in at the waist...ended up costing me $61 and it wasn't even done right and they ruined my $200 garment. Tried talking to the manager and owner and they said it was my fault because I didn't ask for a price to begin with. It would have been one thing to pay the $61 dollars had it been done right but it wasn't.Shocked that the owner would make his customers pay for something they are not satisfied with. Hard to believe they are still in business with customer service like that. Please don't waste your time and money, they will only disappoint you. read more
