You buy a debit card, load value onto it (with cards or bills) and use that to pay for your washing and drying. It's pretty simple. I had no problem buying the card, adding value, running one super huge washer and then splitting my stuff into three dryers. It's quicker to split stuff up like that. There is enough space for folding the dry clothes. When all was said and done, I was able to turn my card back to the attendant and get the card purchase back. I had timed the dryers right so I had no left over value. Maybe they don't do that for everyone, but I was nice and told her I was visiting my mom and that I was just passing through. I even made calls! (I realize I'm a bit anal.) "Bright N Clean" isn't so bright, and averagely clean. (I know, I know, it applies to the wash!) The woman who works there is helpful. They have large capacity washing machines and dryers, which bring once-a-yearers like me, in. Mid-day Friday, there were a few available, without a wait. When I lived in Manhattan ions ago, you had to have your own quarters. Times have changed! You can pay by debit card or credit. (Read their posted sign, which I photographed.) They have a change-maker, accepting 1, 5, 10 and 20 dollar bills. I was glad I had a baggie to catch the quarters. The laundromat is located in a tired strip mall across the street from the county pool. I think it's sort of expensive. But it's probably no more so than other laundromats.

Sure, I got them back by 10am "the next day" after they'd been there for over a week and we'd been back 2x previously to get them "as promised". Silly to argue publicly with a customer. I can, of course, understand their "state of the art" machine breaking - things happen. But can't understand oily shirts, lost items, and consistently late delivery. We cut them a break the first *3 times*, then decided to move on. Original review: A disturbing regularity of lost shirts, late deliveries, and unfulfilled commitments. We've given them 3 chances. 1) late delivery back to their store. Not minutes or hours but days. Items I counted on taking on a business trip came back in over a week vs their promised delivery time. 2) Fewer items came back than we gave them. 3) their "machine" broke and no dress shirts (again, sort of important for a presentation at a global conference). We're looking at return times of a week+ again. When they finally came back, they had oil spots on them and we had to send them away to "clean" again. And, just for the record, all the "good" reviews you might see on other sites are written because they give a credit if you print out your review and show it to them. Purchasing reviews is sad. Cleaning shirts shouldn't be complicated. Just find a competent dry cleaner. These folks, in our experience, aren't.
