My husband brings in $100 in cleaning every month which he did a couple weeks ago, he picked it up, there were 2 shirts with a paper receipt that said he was being refunded due to shirts that couldn't be cleaned due to being damaged prior to them getting them. This is further from the truth! One of the shirts was a $60 shirt I bought for him & was worn a few times. See the pic for the giant hole in it, made by their dry cleaning service. First of all they never refunded the price of the 2 shirt cleanings because their computers were down, I went in there & talked to their always sitting incompetent employee who's as friendly as my closet door & she tried telling me they look at every shirt that comes in when the customer is there, my husband ended up coming in & told her yes the girl that was there the day he dropped the shirts off did look at the shirts & there was no damage to his shirts. I asked to talk to the owner, he called his employee & she explained the situation, she put me on the phone with him, he basically told me what she did, that we were responsible for the giant hole in the shirt that they didn't do it! This is unacceptable for a dry cleaners, beware people they will ruin your clothes. I asked why the dry cleaning fee was never charged back to his credit card when their system was back up & she had a dumb look on her face. She gave that back to me in cash & told her they lost a good customer as they wouldn't stand behind THEIR MISTAKE & that I would leave them a bad review everywhere I could.
