What really convinced me to try A Beautiful Reaction was when I saw that the colorists and stylists received on-going education. I believe it's always important to improve one's skills. I also liked the mission statement on the website which says "We want to set ourselves apart by what we call the "BRe Experience." That means from educating our clients about the chemistry in our consultations, customized appointments built around your desires and budget, to the scalp massage at the bowl, and personalized follow up from our guest relations department guaranteeing our work." Rather than going into detail for the sake of keeping this review on point, let's just say that I walked out of the salon with an experience that left a lot to be desired. I wrote to the owner Kelsey and expressed my dissatisfaction with the services provided and not only did she offer to make things right, but she offered to fix my hair herself. Jenna Leigh, colored my hair and when I left I was absolutely thrilled with her work. Unfortunately by the second wash it was evident that the color was washing out. When I spoke to Jenna about it she, advised me that she put in a rinse and not a hair dye. Because of Jenna's verynegative response I am leaving this review. I've included photos before and after. I paid $475 for the coloring. After the tip and products the total came to $550. I don't mind spending the money but the pictures will show why I am unhappy. The first photo is of what my hair look like when I went in. The second photo is when I left the salon absolutely beautiful. The third photo is after approximately 30 days.
