She drops her patients when they reach age 65 as she doesn't want Medicare patients and she is very rude about dropping them also.

Lol now a few days after posting my review the Dr's office says they are terminating their services…read moreto me, w no reason why. They loved my 1st review which was 5 stars in 9/2020. But they don't like the feed back on my 2nd review. That just shows my point, they have no conflict management skills. Just make a better effort to communicate better. And I would have gladly updated once I experienced an improvement. This has never happened to me, but I have already found another PCP and didn't plan on going back. Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.

He prescribed me azythromycin and recommended Robitussin DM and a couple other things. I haven't finished the azythromycin yet, but I was feeling better in only a few days. My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.

I had a disappointing experience with this office regarding billing practices. During my visit, I…read morewas charged for tests that I did not authorize and that were not clearly explained to me beforehand. At no point was I informed about the necessity, cost, or purpose of these tests, nor was I asked for consent before they were performed. This lack of transparency is concerning and, in my opinion, unacceptable in a healthcare setting where patients should be fully informed about their care and any associated costs. When I followed up to address the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution. Patients should not have to deal with unexpected charges for services they did not agree to. I recommend that anyone visiting this office ask detailed questions and confirm all procedures and costs in advance to avoid similar issues.

I got a notice the next morning that they needed to talk to me about my appointment request. They called me while I was in a meeting, though it only rang 2-3 times with no voicemail left to indicate what additional information was needed. I attempted to call them back twice to discuss the issue and no one answered and there was no voicemail box for me to leave a message so they cancelled my appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to make an appointment for an issue and the office not answer multiple call attempts to resolve an issue that is unclear in the first place.
