Probably the most comfortable and friendly doctors office I have ever been too. It's not every day…read morethat you go to an appointment and the office staff knows your name and what you like to drink! The office has gotten busier since I started going there, but the quality hasn't changed. My doctor always spends time with me when I need it, but gets me in and out when I'm in a hurry. I would definitely recommend!

From the moment I entered the office, I felt there was very little effort to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Anitube remained seated and simply told me to have a seat. Throughout the appointment, he asked questions but did not seem genuinely concerned about my well-being. He rarely made eye contact, which made it difficult to feel heard or understood. When discussing a referral to another center, he told me to write down the information rather than providing it in writing, leaving me scrambling to find something to write on. As someone seeking help for mental health concerns, I was hoping for a more supportive and compassionate interaction. At the end of the appointment, he asked whether I was suicidal. After I answered "no," he replied, "good enough," and have a good day and ended the visit. The appointment felt rushed and impersonal. Never even walked me to the door matter of fact he never got up when I entered his office. Very unprofessional. Because of this experience, I have informed the organization that referred me that I would prefer they not send future patients to him. Compassion and empathy are extrem

I came here for a few sessions in late 2022 and had a positive experience. The staff is really…read morecomprehensive in their up-front intake process and can help with all areas of physical therapy, so you don't have to see one person for your pelvic floor and another for your shoulder, for example. I like that the office is beautiful, light and airy. I also appreciate that the staff provides education for what to do at home to see improvements. My health insurance covers 20 sessions of PT per year, so I'm glad I took advantage of coming here when needed.

The interaction left me so distressed that I had a panic attack right after leaving the clinic. During my consultation, the therapist recommended starting a 4-6 week treatment plan and knew that I would be leaving the state after October. However, when I went to schedule, the front desk told me the first available appointment was October 28, five weeks away. We simply asked to briefly clarify this obvious miscommunication with the therapist. Instead of helping, the front desk staff became rude and confrontational, accused us of being "disrespectful" to another patient, and refused to let us speak with the therapist. We had no intention of interrupting anyone--we were simply trying to clarify what we had just been told during my consultation. This is especially unacceptable for a pelvic floor clinic serving postpartum women, who may already be physically and emotionally vulnerable or experiencing postpartum depression. Compassion, patience, and respectful communication should be the bare minimum. If you are postpartum and looking for a supportive environment where you can focus on your recovery and well-being, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. No one seeking postpartum care should leave feeling worse than when they walked in.
