He is a super nice guy and equipped with his lifetime of experience working in cars, obviously knows what he's doing. I was in a sticky spot this week, because my BMW got a flat. Russ' is close enough to my home that I could get there without damaging the rim. He doesn't have BMW tires stocked at the shop and I told him I'd love not to spend an arm and a leg having to tow it, so he took the tire off for me so that I could take it to get it replaced, bring it back to him, and he'd put it back on for me. What a guy! Doing it this way might seem inconvenient, but when you have all the time and but small budget margins, this is the guy I need in my life! He also threw some air in my tires earlier this year on the house, 'cause he rocks. I love having Russ' Auto two blocks from my house.
