I contacted several masonry companies to come out and give quotes and ultimately went with Over the Top. Brian was extremely communicative and responsive through the whole process! He even helped me hire another company to get my window capping done before they did the stucco. The crew that came out to do the job was great, Bob the foreman was awesome and very knowledgeable. I kept Brian updated through the whole process and he kept me updated on their end too. We had a few minor delays due to supply shortage and rain but the crew stayed on top of everything and completed the job in 4 working days. I had a minor snafu where the stucco wasn't fully set yet and got a little borked from my a/c unit dripping, and Brian sent Bob back out to do a very quick touchup on that small area. Great customer service from start to finish! And look at these amazing results!! I can't believe this is the same house, I am so happy with how it turned out and now I have a beautiful water-free wall! Thanks to Brian and the team for an amazing job!

We initially reached out to this company 4 weeks ago, received a quote and scheduled. A week BEFORE our scheduled apt, a tech was banging on my door at 7:45am as I was home with a sick kiddo. We called and they apologized for the confusion and assured us we were still set for the following week. The following week came, and they rescheduled the day before because their tech was sick. This was frustrating because we had started to move things out of our ONE bathroom but we were willing to be understanding and they assured us that a senior tech would be out the following week. This morning was SUPPOSED to be our rescheduled apt which we confirmed for 8AM yesterday. The tech texted up a little after 8 that his ETA was 8:17am. late but ok, by 8:30 he still hadn't arrived or provided an update. We called Kim their office manager/scheduler, and she texted me saying she was see what was happening. Rather than CALLING me back, she texted me that so sorry they wouldn't be out today because the tech was in a fender bender. We removed our sink, vanity, all the grout, shower curtain etc. and they bailed, AGAIN. Obviously unfortunate, but when I shared my frustration and the huge inconvenience she offered ZERO apology or solution. APparently this is something this company does all the time as I can see from other reviews. TONS of other companies in the area offer this service. Do NOT waste your time with A1.

Later that same evening, he texted that he showed the pictures to his partner and they "needed" another $1000 to complete the job. I responded that for $1000 more, I wanted to get other quotes prior to proceeding. I did get another quote from a stucco guy highly recommended by my builder for $3500. Texted Zack back, saying I wasn't comfortable working with someone who changes their price after a signed agreement. Said he could keep travel expenses and return the rest of the deposit. He claimed he had already bought all the supplies. Who buys supplies when they are told the job was on hold? Anyway, they are evidently going to keep my $500. Fine, I have a stucco guy I can trust and am still $1500 ahead.
