Eternity Funeral Home was highly recommended by my mother's church-family, and they lived up to their "5-Star" ratings. From the moment my brother and I consulted with the funeral home, we were met by a compassionate and empathetic staff that took their time to understand our wishes during such a difficult time. The person who died collected antique cars and the funeral home found an antique hearse and an antique funeral flower hearse and limo for services. The vehicles were beautiful and immaculate. The service was held in a local church and the programs done were amazing. There was a keepable funeral card; a trifold almost silky autobiographical hand out as well as a service program. There were photos that were blown up and flowers were arranged beautifully. The cemetery service was respectful and all the family was given roses. I would definitely hire them for any funeral.

I was honored to do this for my late husband. I was able to get his wreath as well. Volunteering to place and pick up is an invaluable service to the ones who served and their families. I met a lot of great people today. You can never put a price on what they have done to keep us safe. I value all the people who came to help and who served.

This annual event that began around 2007 spread quickly across the nation and now takes place annually on the second or third Saturday of December. It begins with veteran bikers circling the grounds and leading the semi trucks in with the wreaths. These are then distributed across each section of the cemetery. In the morning, families of lost loved ones are first to honor these heroes by laying a wreath on their headstones. In the afternoon, there is a ceremony, followed by a full wreath laying across the grounds by volunteers and military members that ultimately concludes the event. Anyone can volunteer for a Wreaths Across America event annually. If you have an appreciation for the military, this is one of those activities I would strongly encourage you to participate in.

After my father passed, our meeting with Scott was nearly two hours of unnecessary chatting and repeated paperwork while my 87‑year‑old mother, who hadn't slept in two days, struggled through the process. Things only got worse when the invoice was sent with charges we never requested--twice--and it took multiple calls and two days to get it corrected (thank you to Julie, who was the only helpful person we dealt with). The most devastating failure happened on the day of the burial. Scott assured us he would coordinate with Evergreen Cemetery, but when we arrived, Evergreen had no record of the service. The gravesite wasn't prepared, and my father couldn't be buried. Our grieving family sat in our cars waiting for answers while Scott shrugged and claimed he had called--Evergreen confirmed he had not. After nearly an hour of scrambling to fix paperwork that should have been handled days earlier, it still would have taken another hour before the burial could begin. My elderly mother was too distraught to stay, and we had to leave my father to be buried without any family present. Scott never apologized, never took responsibility, and never followed up. We've always trusted this funeral home, which makes this experience even more painful. No family should ever have to go through what we did.

Our daughters are hurting well beyond what they share with me. Friends and family, too. We'd had arranged years ago for us both to be cremated through Neptune Society. Johann Malivert, the Funeral Director, made this as easy for my closet daughter and I as possible. She is absolutely wonderful! Kind, friendly, compassionate, she is far more than I expected. Not cold and formal, but warm and helpful. The Neptune Society, is, of course, the best in this business, and Johann represents them very well. When you have need for this, Neptune Society and Johann will make it as smooth as possible for you. I highly recommend them.

Death certificates are 10.00 with the health dept and she charge 20.00 with no explanation of why. If any of the above has happen to you more than likely you've been overcharged and should contact the Funeral Compliance office in Tallahassee at (850)413-3039 to file a complaint. To be taken an advantage of in the time of a love death is the lowest but if everyone file a complaint this can be stopped. I filed a complaint. UPDATE: MY COMPLAINT WAS COMPLETED AND AFTER THE INVESTIGATION THERE WAS A FINDING OF 4 VIOLATIONS.
