The front office staff is A+. Can't say the same about Dr. Nash or the back staff. Over the course of my daughters braces, he's added several steps that weren't adequately explained or discussed at all from the beginning. He's been rude and argumentative with our family. I've defended him to my husband as an expert in a field we don't have experience with, but today was the final straw. We drove 1000 miles to complete our daughter's care with the doctor she began with, Dr. Nash, who told us bondits could be removed between the ages of 17 and 22. At the appointment to remove them today, he asked to see her other retainer, which she said she'd left at home. He lectured us that she would still be growing for 5 more years (she's one month shy of 18, and hasn't grown since she was 15). He repeatedly demanded to see her removable retainers. His assistant rudely told him our daughter said she wouldn't be back in the next 10 years most likely, as if our teenager doesn't know what she was talking about or was exaggerating. To which I replied it was true since we now lived in Utah and were just visiting. He kept demanding to see the retainers, which she kept saying were at home. He said "go get them", then looked at me and said "see, she doesn't even know where they are." She replied "yes I do, they are in the drawer of my nightstand, next to my bed in UTAH." He sat her up in the chair without another word and walked away.
This is one example of many rude experiences we've had from this doctor and I would not recommend him to anybody unless they enjoy rude behavior. read more
