Dr. Campbell and his assistant were great as always, the office staff nothing to brag about. When I was presented a bill that was almost double from what I have paid in previous years, I reminded her that I had no insurance, but she tried to tell me that this year's exam was more thorough than previous ones. Nothing could be further from the truth. She finally reluctantly reduced the payment fee a bit, but assuring me that next year I would just have to pay the full amount. Sorry to be missing Dr. Campbell, but I will not be returning to this establishment.

During my annual exam in December I was met by a technician who informed me that I would need to pay $ 60 in case they don't collect from my insurance.My insurance always paid in the past and I was never billed for any additional charges other than my co-pay of $ 35. She insisted on my payment so she could proceed with the exam. I was very disappointed and I had to leave and will establish a new doctor elsewhere. The office is large with a sufficient area with various glass frames on display. The staff is friendly and upon arrival, paperwork needed to be completed. Easy-Peazy !! Soon after paperwork was completed, I was called in to start my eye exam. Finished all those steps and with my eyes dilated, Dr Zusman came in for final assessment. Very nice Dr. He thoroughly explained my exam results and gave me some advice for dry eye & confirmed I was not colorblind . Overall, quite satisfied with my visit and would recommend seeing Dr Zusman for eye care.

I receive the bill and I…read moreknow that my Humana Vision Insurance covers with routine exam once a year with zero copayment. I call and talk the Humana Vision insurance. They take a look at the bill and told me that Center For Sight make the bill payment with Humana Medical insurance (instead of Humana Vision Insurance), and that I should go to the Center For Sight office to make Adjustment and CFS should make bill payment thru "Humana Vision Insurance" and Humana give me the "Humana Vision Insurance member ID #" I come to CFS office and give them the "Humana Vision Insurance member ID #". However, CFS told me that they have to make bill payment thru "medical insurance" because the doctor found something related medical and they can not make bill payment thru "Vision Insurance". I told the CFS office that the eye doctor found that my eyes are perfectly normal after the exam. The CFS declines to make adjustment and that I have to pay the bill as it is. The issue with CFS is that the doctor performs routine eyes exam, and they make bill payment thru Medical Insurance (instead of Vision Insurance).

He told us to have him paged the next time it happened, which happened to be on a Saturday morning. He met us at his office and took care of my son. Her office is in the LensCrafters building, so it was one stop shopping, so to speak. My previous eye doctor would not even consider me getting contacts again due to my astigmatism. I asked Dr Chan about contacts for astigmatism and she said they are available. They are a little more expensive but definitely doable! She said she would get me a trial pair, test them out for a week and let her know how they feel. If I don't care for them, she will try a different brand. So excited, very happy I found her!!!
