The young man who came to our house was so nice. We talked a bit and he went right to work. We had recently moved into our house so we didn't have all the info to give him. He got busy checking out things. What a great electron! He found the problem and fixed it! We've had them out several times after that. All with similar results. John Starz even moved our generator from our old house to our new house. I'll never call a different electric Company!

To add context, I had only just received the invoice emails for the first time a day prior. Instead of handling the situation professionally by asking for an update, the owner called and immediately became aggressive and raised his voice, stating, "I don't give a damn, I need to get paid today. I'm frustrated, so give me something," and followed it with "I'm the owner." The tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. A simple, respectful conversation would have resolved the issue. It's not surprising this company has poor ratings if this is how clients are treated. We will no longer be using this company for services.

We had him out several times, and he missed his promised time every single time. We had to call several times when he forgot he was supposed to be at our job. Still, once he was there, he would work diligently and make every effort to do things the right and best way, not the easiest way. He did not take shortcuts, and you want an electrician who cares about doing your wiring correctly. He also took the time to solve problems we presented that were not part of the original plan, and he added them in at a fair price. This probably explains why he was often late. It can be hard to know how long a job will take, especially when you are doing your best to do things safely and correctly and taking the time to do it right. So we were understanding about that, once at our house, he often stayed longer than scheduled to make sure we were happy and the job was done correctly. We will use him again.
