Great coffee made by Dennis, real Portuguese tarts with flaky pastry and delicious custard, soft loaves of bread, chorizo bread with slices of chorizo wrapped in the bread - everything is baked on the premises by the family who runs this cafe. The avocado and feta on toast for breakfast is amazing. Not only is the coffee great, the food great, but the family who runs it are super friendly.

In Aus, they don't get up crack of dawn, and get things ready like they do around Seattle, but this bakery is as close as you get. And the breads and croissant are fabulous! They are open about 7:30 a.m. or so , I know Seattlites everywhere are cringing and wondering how they get any business, but crazy as it sounds, people in this area don't get up and moving until after 7:30a.m. No one leaves there house before 8 a.m. and people only work like 8 hours a day, it's crazy, right, some people even work less.INSANE, but true.
