We could not immediately get in touch with the owner of the rental nor his caretaker, but Narrows Pontoon and Cottage rentals not only answered our call, they dispatched Jim and Jack immediately to our rescue! They towed us in to our dock perfectly, and would not take any money for the service, not even a cash tip. They were timely, professional, and saved our Anniversary! They wanted to charge significantly more than they initially quoted for the fish finder work. After my complaining they reduced the labor. My biggest issue is when I got the boat home and took off the cover there was lots of fiberglass shavings at the helm and styrofoam pieces all over the place. The interior was filthy and there was lots of water in the bilge making me believe that they stored the boat in their yard with the cover off (I delivered it clean with the cover on). Not a professional operation in my opinion.

In an attempt to correct this problem, long self tapping screws were used. This caused an unsafe situation for myself and ruined the ice container. I took the boat back and the question to me was"do you even use this as an ice bucket". I had hoped their only concern was to return my boat to its original condition. I was told then they would order a new container; to date nothing has been done to rectify this. I have stopped in to the dealer twice and have called many times each with an answer that they will call me back but that has not happened. Due to heart issues I am on blood thinners and the screws that went into the rod area poised a safety concern for me because I bleed very easily. I did replace those screws with stainless steel bolts. They did remove the screw that ruined the ice container and installed a bolt so it could be used and water would not leak into the hull. My last conversation with Jaren (owners son) was on May 13, 2025. He was to find out the status and return my call. As of this post, still nothing! On a positive note, I love my boat and have found a dealership to service it.

Not only did they repair EVERYTHING (including upholstery), they replaced some things better than what we had, they were in CONSTANT contact with us during the entire process, and our boat was spotless clean (just like when we bought it). Because our insurance wouldn't pay, they kept the costs low--much lower than we expected to pay. They also checked to make sure everything worked and they did all of this with a timely fashion--we still have months of boating season left! Their customer service was excellent and they did a job beyond our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend Marsh Brothers and will continue to patronize their business.

Bimini was NOT secured prior to driving the boat across the lake (loose & bouncing, stressing the power top mechanism) and cover was not strapped on properly at the lift allowing rain water to pool in the cover. Boat still had leaves & sand from the fall when it was picked up for storage! Frankly, it appears a LOT has changed in the last 1-2 years...and not for the better.

Had my snowmobile in 3 times for reverse staying on and…read morelast week picked up sleds and arrived in UP and went to back out sled and it is stuck in reverse still!! Manager Tregg gets really nice then blows up on you, then apologizes, then blows up on you. The same sled which had no issues we picked up and the sled now has automatic air suspension issues. I have all the pics and videos and Tregg managers response was it worked fine when it left here. We must have done something too it?? Really. No miles were added from when we picked up our trailer to when we backed it out of the trailer and he says it was working fine and tested before you left. I sent videos and pics. My one snowmobile only goes up to 12 mph which is so unsafe on a trail and once again, they don't worry about trying to just fix the problems the first time but instead argue with me, screams to go to another dealer, that they don't want to deal with me anymore, then apologizes and says his anger got the best of him. This is over and over. I have so many emails we are preparing for a possible lawsuit. 3 times to get these items fixed and still nothing. I have to drive 2 hours out of my way each way to go to this dealership. I tried to work with them especially this Tregg manager person, and he blames us for the problems. They won't stay 30 seconds past closing time. To top it off, they rammed their forklift into the back end of my trailer messing it up bad. They agreed to fix it, but once again I have to drive several hours out of my way to get the trailer fixed now, and also the sleds still $$$ invoices later and machine is bogging out, reverse stuck and can't get out, now suspension lights all over the screen. They charged me for a new battery, only two years old and having low voltage lights pop up as well. We do NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY. They ask only the happy customers leaving after they BUY their toys not during or after service!
