This is one of my fave branch since I have a regular Therapist here--Phil…read more Finding your right therapist depending on your needs is the challenge. The location is nice, nice ambiance of the place, the rooms are just right for the massage. The receptionists are very nice and accommodating and would made sure you're taken care of. Wait time is short. I'm always in time for my massages and I don't wait longer than 5 mins. Phil is very professional and does a great job. They also keep the place neat, clean and smelling good for all the customers. This includes the restrooms. The receptionists would also make sure you are aware of their current promotions but not pushy to sell. I never had major problems with this branch after going here on a regular basis for more than a year. I miss this place and my Therapist.

We had a highly disappointing experience at your location today…read more My husband and I had massages scheduled, however, just 15 minutes before our arrival time we received a call from the clinic stating that my husband's assigned therapist was unavailable. As we were parking the car and walking inside. The resolution offered was unacceptable and showed zero regard for our time. The staff member hardly offered an apology and suggested that I still have my service. As if letting my husband sit in the lobby for an hour while I attempt to enjoy a massage was an option? What a waste of our Saturday morning . The lack of empathy, poor customer service, and disregard for client scheduling are unacceptable for a premium wellness brand. As a result of this experience, we have no intention of returning.

I have been going to Siri for years and I absolutely LOVE her and I am very picky when it come to…read moremy eyebrows! Siri is a true artist and extremely good at threading and tinting. For those of you who have never gotten your eyebrows tinted I highly recommend it! ALWAYS do it a day or 2 before you need it. NEVER the day of. However, tinting is awesome, and makes a huge difference! Please note that most people panic (I did!) the first time they get their eyebrows tinted. When the tint is applied it looks very thick and heavy and not at all like you want it to look. Don't worry ! This is part of the process. After it marinates for a few minutes Siri will remove most of the tint. Your eyebrows might still look a bit too dark and heavy, and will possibly have shading where you do not want it - DO NOT PANIC, DO NOT PANIC! Go about your day, go home, and go through your normal skin care routine. No need to scrub extra, by the following morning the remnant tint will have rubbed away and your eyebrows will look FABULOUS. Fun fact Years ago I lived in South Florida (Ft. Lauderdale) and Siri did my eyebrows there! Eventually, I moved away and moved back to Florida, only this time to the Clearwater/Largo/St.Pete area. After trying a few mediocre eyebrow places I stumbled across "Eyebrows by Siri". On my first appointment I realized that this was MY same Eyebrow Wizard from Ft. Lauderdale! I could not believe my amazing luck! Needless to say, I think very highly of Siri and her eyebrow, threading and tinting skills.
