they judge too much and dont even ask questions they not first time buyer friendly or no credit friendly go to a different place

If I could give them Zero fucking stars I would. But they dont give me that option. We bought a acura TL from them when we lived in Bakersfield and they took advantage of us bcuz we needed a car badly. The staff is Rude. Within 6 months we had a high car payment high interest rate and the car was A Lemon!!!! The clutch went out in 4 months. The car was no longer reliable after 4 months. The staff did nothing to help us or pay half the cost. We paid over 2000 dollars to fix the clutch. Then took a trip to vegas and car over heated. We also had to fix that. Then to top it off the moon roof gets stuck in open position and guess what it rains ofcourse. Naranjo staff and owners are thieves. They did nothing to help us. Nor did they care they only care about the payments being on time for a car that cant run. Beware of this place. They will rob you for everything you got!!!! Sure they are nice they are selling u a car that's been ran down to the ground. Check out all their cars they are all over priced and high mileage. Keep on driving dont waste your hard earned money on a car that will leave u stranded and broke within 3 months. If it lasts that long!!!!! We called the bank to take the car and took it as a huge loss. Warn everyone you know these ppl just want to make a sale. All they see is money. So Dare to buy at your own Risk. Do your research. I prefer u all to go to Carmax. Dont get sucked in like we did you will regret it. Check all the other reviews. read more

I spoke with man that runs the place and because I had an understanding of of buying cars he didn't like what I was saying and wouldn't even let me test drive the car I drove a 2 hours to come look at and just walked away. How petty! read more

I have to say this place was awesome the sales man was great the inventory awesome and most of all the owner was great. They are willing to take the time to get all the right price etc. I would say that I would love to buy another vehicle from them anytime. I think that everyone is different and should always check the place for there self. We looked at the Yelp reviews but chose to go make our own decisions and man the lot on Ming is awesome. These inconsiderate vultures sold me a car that broke down the same day. They made me leave it at the dealer to put tracker after I test drove it and bought it. The next day I went to pick it up it turned off on me halfway home I was furious and asked if they could fix it they kept in a shop for the remaining 30 day warranty and told me it was fixed but it did the same thing that same day. This is the worst place I've ever gotten a car from, I've had it less then 6 months and has multiple problems temperature needle constantly bouncing up and down running really hot. When I shut the car off it won't start again I get no crank or start, I have to let the car sit for literally hours then it will start. I've called naranjo auto sales and they tell me it's on me I have 3 kids and I'm still making payments on this car I'm literally paying hundreds of dollars a month for something that doesn't work this is unexceptionable. read more

I'm only rating it a star because I have to. If it allowed me to give it less I gladly would. They sweet talk you when your buying, one guy asked me out on a date, then the older darker fellow offered me a job because I was so "beautiful". They sold me a car that was way over priced. 31 days after, literally-the AC is not blowing cold Air. This is winter when I bought it so hadn't needed the ac. I take it in and they refuse to fix it unless I pay a ridiculous fee. I asked the mechanic if they check the vehicles they get before they sell them, his answer was " well no but these thing (ac) break in time". Wtf!? Kind of answer is that? To top it off he ransacked my vehicle and helped himself to a pack of cigarettes! When I was there there was 3 other people pissed off as well due to car problems. I would not recommend this place, due to the quality of vehicles they sell and NO kind of warranty on issues they should cover. So far this has been the worst experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. I purchased a used car that had a 30 day warranty on it and within a week began having trouble with the vehicle. I spoke to the salesmen that sold the care to me and he advised me to bring it back and promised to fix everything that was wrong. The sunroof button was not installed and window was closed all the way. The inside lights and head lights would flicker with the idling of the engine. The dealer had the car for two days and when I got it back they had fixed nothing and now the hood lack was broken to boot. The sales man then had me sign a paper showing all they had supposedly fixed and advised me that if anything else needed fixing I was going to have to pay. I took the car home found nothing was fixed and called back to set up an appointment to take it back and then something else went wrong and the car would not start and no power to anything. I called back and then was told it was my fault for buying the used car and that they tried to get me to buy a better car ($8000) dollars more. I was told they didn't know what I expected from a cheaper car. I responded "a car that works for longer than two weeks. I also reminded them that the car had a warranty, but was advised it meant nothing and I would have to prove it was an engine problem for them to look at it. I was also told I would have to pay 50% of the repair cost and that it was in my contract. I reviewed my contract and there was nothing stating this and in fact there was a cancellation option that would only charge me $150.00 restocking fee. So when I asked about it I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. When I called back, it would then continually go to an answering machine. Do not purchase a car from these guys!!!!!!!!! completely dishonest read more
