We've seen this place here and walk past it often and thought tonight was a good night to try it.
We usually head to Eastwood for our Japanese and our favourite local ones are there. Not likely to change that.
Customer service was friendly enough. Nice to use proper chopsticks rather than wooden ones but the food just wasn't to our liking. Ordered sushi sashimi platter, rainbow roll, kaki fry (fried oyster), karage (fried chicken) and a plain udon. The platter looked good but wasabi lacked punch. Karage flavours wasn't what I was used to, but gingery for me but hubby enjoyed it. Didn't mind the kaki fry and udon was nice. read more
