Katina cut it to the exact length that I wanted and added layers so my curls looked bouncy and full. This was also the first time that I put color in my hair. Of course on Fridays, the weekends, and any major festivals/holidays they are going to be busy so bring your portable charger, headphones, a book, something, and prepare to wait. I suggest being the first one of the day if you plan to come on the weekends and overall high traffic days. During the week it depends at what time you come. He was also stepping out frequently for cigarette breaks, which made it feel like my appointment wasn't getting the attention it should have. I went back the next day so they could fix it. I asked to see color samples so we could agree on the tone, but instead they seemed to pick the color themselves. I left unhappy again. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude and even laughed in my face when I expressed my concerns. I went right before Christmas for a trim and wash and set, they were quick, efficient & amazing quality. I paid $75. When I went for my birthday in October, without any cutting it cost me $50.
