You claim your team is 100% experienced, yet during my appointment, your staff admitted they had never done this type of work before. One even said they would like to practice on a mannequin, but was never able to so why was I being used for practice while paying for a professional service? That felt completely unfair. When I went to pay, I saw an online discount, but the staff denied it and said it was no longer valid, even though it was still being advertised. That felt dishonest. If the extensions were installed properly and tied tightly as you claim, why would I be missing so many strands when I removed them shortly after? They shouldn't have just fallen out if they were secure enough for daily wear. To make matters worse, I heard Jessica, the boss, instructing staff to work on trying to get their bad reviews removed. That speaks volumes about where their priorities really are. I hope future customers get the honest, professional service they're paying for.

When I went to the salon beforehand to ask for the price of a digital perm for my daughter, the price on the chart stated that it was only $250-$300; however, when I went into the salon to get my daughter's perm, he said he would charge me $320. In addition, there was a sign-up asking for a 20-25% tip. I think that it was ridiculous and unnecessary for them to put that sign up. He argued that the price was wrong on the chart, and it was old, so he needed to change it. I argued back and said it was false advertising and questioned why he would charge that much for my 12 year old daughter. When showing him multiple example pictures of a digital perm and explaining how my daughter wanted it. When I asked him for a TRIM, he did a horrible job in cutting her hair and kept on cutting it shorter and shorter. The end result was unpleasant and unprofessional because it was so uneven. After the 4 hour long process of the perm, her hair looked nothing like all the pictures I showed him. After I left the salon and went back home, I noticed the back of her hair was straight and the curls were coming loose. Originally, my daughter's hair was already naturally wavy, yet there was no difference after the perm. Since she couldn't wash her hair for 3 days, I waited to call back after we washed her hair. However, to my surprise, the perm wasn't as wavy as I expected it to be. I called to complain about her hair, and he told me to send him pictures, after that, he told me to come back to the salon and he wanted to see for himself. When I arrived, he and all the staff continuously assured me that it looked good and said,"Omg, I don't know what you're talking about, it looks so good." Bullshit, we were arguing back and forth, and he said, "Fine, I'll wash her hair and see for myself". Additionally, I noticed that he still hasn't changed the price on the chart after noticing it the last time I came. After the wash, she sat in the chair, and he started blow-drying her hair and twirling it nonstop. After god knows how long (30+ minutes), he finally finished and said "You see, it looks good, right?", no shit, if you twirl her hair with heat, of course its going to curl. I was so mad and frustrated, arguing with him back and forth, but he still didn't think he was in the wrong, and he refused to fix my daughter's hair. So I stormed out of the salon without tipping them because this was actually bullshit. Just wanna let anyone know, if they are getting a digital perm, NEVER GO THERE, it was a waste of my time and they totally ripped you off!!! The stylist, Tim, calls himself "Art director"; that title doesn't even suit him. Very bad customer service. Never will go back there again! My bf sister (17) and I were quoted $300 and $280 for our services, but upon arrival, the prices were raised to $320 each, with an unclear explanation from the manager. Despite this, I trusted them with a larger service involving a haircut and balayage. I explained my desired cut to both the manager and stylist Kevin, emphasizing layers and a shorter front. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was uneven, slanted, and not what I asked for. When I pointed out the issues, Kevin initially asked me to wait until he finished eating before making adjustments. Even after "fixing" it, the haircut was still slanted and shorter than I wanted. To make matters worse, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected during checkout. I tipped $10 despite my dissatisfaction, only to overhear the stylist complaining to the manager in another language about the tip amount while I was standing right there. The manager then attempted to shame me by comparing my tip to someone else's $80 tip and lecturing me about tipping etiquette, which I found highly inappropriate. I left feeling disrespected, unhappy with my haircut, and disheartened by the unprofessional behavior. I expected better from a salon I previously trusted, and trusted with a family member. My boyfriend's sister was in tears over her hair color, leaving completely disappointed with both the haircut and the color. Today I decided to try the head spa which they advertise in the front for $39 and also get my usual cut (straight, no layers, nothing fancy). It's a Monday around 1:30pm and it was empty so they took me in right away with no appointment. They said to do the spa first so I followed them to the basement which was a little sketch but I looked past it. There was a room with curtains and a bed with a sink which is where the service took place. This is definitely no frills and can use a good scrub down and some cleaner sheets and towels. However, the lady who performed the service knew what she was doing and did a great job. She washed and conditioned my hair, gave scalp, neck, shoulder, arms, legs massages. I really enjoyed the experience but the lack of cleanliness took off a star. Next was the haircut. I already got the head spa so my hair was already clean, it was literally just a basic cut and dry of my slightly below the shoulder length hair. I didn't get the lady's name but I think she's the owner. She was very detailed with the cut and took her time. The biggest turn off was at check out. When I asked how much the total was, another lady (3rd one I'm encountering) paused a bit and said $90. I was thinking in my head $51 for my very basic haircut with no wash seemed like a lot but I didn't argue. However, I only had enough cash to tip the stylist but I also wanted to tip the spa service so I asked to tip on my card. The lady pulled out a calculator and added tax on top of my tip. That's when I couldn't take it anymore and argued back that this is not right. I argued with her for a good minute before the manager stepped in and said just let it go. This is a bummer because I was planning to return for future haircuts but this experience turned me off and given that my hair is so simple to cut, I'll be going elsewhere.

My hair is now cut way too short to the point that it is not even salvageable and the entire cut is uneven and choppy. On top of that, he nicked me multiple times with the scissors. The hygiene was also unacceptable. I could still smell food on his hands. What's even more unprofessional is that if he wasn't able to do the haircut I asked for, he should have said so upfront instead of going ahead and ruining my hair. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My hair is ruined. Do not come here.
