So I was down the street and I stopped by for a slice of pizza. It's always been relatively close and I've never done it, so I thought I would give it a go. You'll come and pull in the parking lot, and then there's free parking, so you don't have to worry about that. If you come in and look to the right, you'll see plenty of places where you can sit, so it actually has a lot of seating as well. Actually, the rooms are split off into two different seating areas, so it's more than what you see from the outside because the building makes it look very small. They actually have a couple of outdoor seats as well, and it has umbrellas on them, so if it's a little windy or whatever, you should be fine. They look like they are very accommodating. The staff there was pretty cool, and I actually had a lot of interaction with them because I just ordered something quick, but they were cool regardless. Cool thing is that they apparently have homeschool video games. You don't see that often at restaurants, but they have an emulator type thing to where you can sit on the actual arcade box, and that's actually pretty cool. Pepperoni pizza - the pizza was okay, but it wasn't anything to write home about. At the end of the day, it was a slice for a decent price, but it seemed kind of basic to me from what you would kind of expect for maybe a high school or middle school pizza day. Not like true New York-style pizza, which is what I was expecting. I probably would consider going back if there was nothing else, but I wouldn't put this on your list of have to do. read more

Napoli's has been a Sandy Springs staple ever since I can remember (it used to be a johnnys pizza). It's still old-school but clean and bright inside. Jose makes his famous dough, and pizzas are delicious with fresh ingredients. My kids love going inside to eat - they have 3 free kid arcade games, a corner full of old toys, and a ton of Italian-ice style ice cream the can choose from after their pizza. read more

They shrunk the pizzas. I just paid for a large and i got a medium pizza. No freaking way. The flavor was good. Not how i remembered. Hopefully the owner sees this and goes to at least an 18" pie. Getting a 16" pie which is considered a medium when you ordered a large is wild. Not for nothing it hurt because this is the only pizza joint that reminded me of NY in Atlanta. Stopped by here the other day when I was out and wanted to grab a quick lunch. I had seen this place before and had been wanting to try their pizza. It DID NOT DISAPPOINT! :) ***LOCATION*** There are a few spots out front. I didn't have a problem finding parking. It's in a small strip with a couple businesses but not much parking. There's a large lot across the street though in the worst case. ***ATMOSPHERE*** When you walk in there is this amazing smell that hits you, if you weren't starving before you came in, you will be. You could smell fresh pizza and sauce, it makes you really feel like you're in a New York pizzeria. I came during the week at lunch so not many people inside. I was able to order right away. The inside looked a lot bigger than I expected. Will definitely be back for dinner one day! ***STAFF*** Nice! Got my order taken right away and it only took about 5 minutes to get it out ***FOOD*** THE BEST PART. The food was amazing!! I ordered way too much. The slices were HUGE I couldn't even eat half of the garlic bread and a slice. I had plenty left over for dinner. The pizza was warm and fresh and the garlic bread was amazing! The side of marinara for dipping was a very generous size! They also had sooo much on the menu. I can't wait to come back and try more! ***PRICE*** Each slice was under 3$! I could've eaten just one slice for lunch. That is a great deal! where to start first the mistake was i saw google reviews and not true yelp reviews. I will say my son liked the pizza but he has a trash pallet and is 7 years old so take that with a. grain of salt . let me as the adult here start with ambiance , tempature was warm , screaming child who belongs to the restaurant screaming almost non stop and i understand it's summer time but figure it out sonewhat. Food I use this term loosely, pizza asked for it crispy all three pieces came out as if they were sitting , flavor was poor at best pizza ingredients were cheap and tasted so . Pizza tasted as if the oven had not been cleaned or swept out in a long time . the garlic rolls ( less garlic for some reason ) which was the same bad flavored dough came with red sauce that tasted like a poor excuse for canned sauce. Service was decent but not anything worth going back for all in all this place was close to my dentist and my son wanted pizza but we both agree next time somewhere else . Ordered delivery several times now (for the past few years now) & everything arrives hot and fresh. When you order individual slices they are HUGE. Two of them is seriously like the size of half a pizza. My family has also ordered pasta from here and it is also good. It wasn't a just an afterthought. The sauce was good and the noodles al dente. It may not be as trendy as Antico but I honestly like it better if not the same. The employees are so nice and I hope that even with all of the "revitalizing" Sandy Springs is doing that they don't run this business out by tearing down the shopping center. It's always disappointing to me when pizzerias claim to serve "New York Style" pizza and the only similarity is that the pizza is round and cut into 8 slices. As a native New Yorker, I prefer ordering pizza from a local pizzeria instead of chains like Mellow Mushroom, Peace Love and Pizza, Pizza Hut, etc... but I'm frequently disappointed by the ratio of pizzerias to actually good pizza pizzerias in this city. This pizza is not good. I ordered a calzone and a 16" Chicken Delight pizza. The calzone was huge, but it was all breading with like two tablespoons of filling, which didn't taste like anything once I finally got some of it. The breading was extremely salty and not worth eating too much of it. The Chicken Delight pizza had jumbo sized broccoli florets on it - it would've been nice if they were bite sized pieces, which I'd imagine are typically more enjoyable on a pizza; instead, my friend had to take off the broccoli cut it to an appropriate size for consumption on a pizza, then put it back on the pizza... you shouldn't have to do all of this work when you order pizza! Service was fine, nothing extraordinary. But I did appreciate how clean the pizzeria seemed to be - that's worth the 2 stars I've given. read more

This hole-in-the-wall restaurant is easy to miss, been driving by this place for a long time, so this time I decided to try it, and I wasn't disappointed. We wanted to try almost everything, but we zeroed on Chicken delight pizza, a slice of Margarita's Basil Pomodoro, and Cheesy Garlic Bread & Marinara. The pizza came piping hot, and the ingredients were fresh. I never thought I would say this ever in my life, but I loved the broccoli on the pizza; it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. White House Calzone - same ingredients as the White Pizza: chopped garlic, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan, & choice of 2 toppings. A sizable portion with a comfortable amount of cheese filling. The marinara sauce gets good marks - not watery at all. I actually tried the White Pizza last month and was disappointed - I found it bland with no taste of garlic. Perhaps it was an off night. I noticed they were still open for take out and delivery during the pandemic and decided to stop in and check them out again. I have been eating here since it was a Johnnys years ago, but I hadn't been in a few years. They have a new owner and it seems they have really cleaned the place up. I noticed the 100 score on their health score the second I walked in. The pizza is great as always. I had a margarita slice and I ordered a gluten free lasagna which my mother rated 11 out of 10. I'm trying to support and eat locally owned non franchise restaurants during these crazy days. They definitely fit the bill. read more

I moved to GA from New York in 2014. I've since found TWO places that can meet my expectation of what defines a pizza. Not much in GA can. Napoli New York Pizza is one of them and I make it an effort, every 3 months, to order two pizzas and eat them entirely myself over several days. Anytime I have friends over, we order from here. This place is great, the ingredients are fresh and the prices are solid. Got this as an Uber Eats delivery. 21 dollars for a specialty pizza seems high, but perhaps that's a bit more normal now. This is still a full sized, NY style, 16 inch pizza. As such, it's still not a bad offer. I got an order of garlic bread, along with a meat lover's pizza. Overall, I think Napoli's is really solid and competent. The Garlic Bread was as advertised with a pretty large portion of marinara, and the pizza was generous with the toppings without getting greasy or falling apart. With that being said, there was nothing about this that blew me away, nothing that seemed to be over the top incredible. This is just solid food, at a reasonable enough price, where I'm inclined to recommend it to anyone who wants New York style pizza that's in the area. However, I was not impressed enough by it to give it a full 5 stars, or to say that I would go out of my way to incorporate Napoli into my regular culinary routine. read more

We found one, decided on our pies, and I even purchased a Yelp deal so we could get a little discount. Then I call only to get no answer. Was in the mood for an authentic NY slice and have been trying to dine local as often as possible. I was in the area and a quick google search led me here. It's a small pizzeria but just what I was in the mood for on a Saturday afternoon. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant and wearing a face mask. The was a mix of retro music playing in the background but not too loud. I could still hear the football game that was on. I ordered 2 slices of Italian sausage. I'm taking away stars because none of the staff was wearing masks. I also didn't see the cashier wash/disinfect her hands when moving between the kitchen and register area. Lastly, when I got home I realized my order was missing an item. If you eat here stick to the pizza. I ordered non-pizza items and they were a huge disappointment! Eggplant Parmigiana - gross!! Honestly I've passed this restaurant dozens of times and finally decided to give it a try after I saw the Scoutmob (50% off your meal) for it. I was pleasantly surprised at their food portions served for the low price. It's a great bang for your buck but not the nicest atmosphere in the world so try not to judge. It's a little hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant attached to a small strip of stores. We went on a Sunday and it wasn't abnormally packed so we sat ourselves. The menus are on folding sheets of paper at each table. The environment itself was not very pretty at all with the older style booths, foggy windows, lights in the ceiling were out, and multi-colored walls. The waitress was not very knowledgeable on the menu so we just did our own thing. Regardless of all those facts, we still had hope on the food. The salad was really good and big! It included lettuce, tomatoes, and a load of mushrooms with Creamy Italian dressing (my favorite). The Eggplant Parmesan was very large and tasty! It was served in an oval dish and was overflowing with cheese! YUM! It was plenty of food and I even had leftovers for dinner the following day. I wasn't abnormally impressed with the "garlic bread" because it was basically just toasted French bread with butter, no garlic. The people at the next table ordered slices of pepperoni pizza which looked really good! If you're in the area or looking for quick grab-n-go meal/pizza, I'd test this place out. read more

They delivered a nicely sized salad with a tiny amount of dressing (you cannot pick your dressing when ordering from UberEATS) The Baked Ziti was awful. It arrived looking like a Lean Cuisine microwaved. No flavor, salt, pepper, and garlic powder didn't even help flavor it. It was watery, I wanted to put it in a cheesecloth and drain the excess out.
