Good pizza. Lousy service. Waited about 25 mins for 2 slices. Guy that I asked for help with the kiosk is never friendly or helpful to me when I go there and seen me sitting there while he was being nice to others. Finally got up after being hella patience when the fifth guest to come after me got his slices before me. Never going back or recommending this place. Plenty of other pizza places in town.
Ive been here many a time. They offer deals every day. Had some out of towners, and I was asked who had good wings and pizza. I advised this place. You cannot go wrong here. Everything I've ordered (eaten on property or to go) has been above and beyond. Its a little pricey but worth it.
Halloween Disaster! I ordered a pizza from Napoli at 4:25 PM, with an estimated pickup of 5:25 PM. When I arrived at 5:20, about 35 people were waiting to pick up their pizzas. I waited until 6:45, and still no pizza. The main problem was that the pickup time was too optimistic. I decided to leave without the pizza. Their online system oversold the pizzas they could make, which was the main problem. I spoke to one couple who placed their order at 9:00 a.m. for a 4:30 pick-up and were still waiting when I left at 6:45, which showed the extent of the problem. Hilariously, I received a TEXT at 9:15 PM that my order was ready!
Terrible. Always a wait for pizza. Takes forever. Will go somewhere else for my pizza in eh future.
Yummmm! I've had this before at a party where they had this gigantic pizza. The white pizza was sooo good! I've never seen anything so huge!! I got this for a small get together and got the meat lovers. Yummmm it had lots of toppings which they did not go cheap on! Crust was good! I also got the Mediterranean salad which was delicious!! They have desserts as well. Just a great place to get food for get togethers and parties! Service was quick! They are open early on weekends instead of every pizza place that's only open at 11 which was great so I can get it for a brunch party! Ambiance is casual.
My first time at Napoli Pizza & Restaurant and I was not prepared for this. I've never had a pizza bigger than 12 inches... and here they're known for their 30" and 36" pizzas. Seeing it in person is actually wild. You can even split the whole pie into quarters, which makes it perfect for groups. We tried the supreme, hot honey, chicken pesto, and white pizza -- and every single slice was fully loaded. No bare spots, just toppings and layers on layers of cheese. Super cheesy, super satisfying. The space is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and honestly this is a go-to for get-togethers, parties, or events. The box was so big I had to put it in my trunk because it wouldn't fit in my back seat
The carne asada fries were the highlight of the meal, great entree and plenty of food. The chicken was a bit too thick and in regards to the pizza the cheese was sliding everywhere and for my taste I believe their sauce was a little too sweet on the pizza as well as the ziti. The coke I received was flat and when you pay they bring a handheld machine for paying conveniently at the table just know that there's an additional charge on top of tax and tip for paying tableside it's a small charge depending your bill. I will say eating the leftover the next day made me bump them to 4 stars as they tasted great.
My girl and I stopped here on a whim. We were looking for a place to have dinner and she said Napoli? as we passed by, so I made a u-turn and we went back for a try. Boy am I glad we did. We went in expecting to just get a slice, but we were greeted by Alexander, who said we could sit wherever we like. He was friendly and attentive, took our drink order and gave us a few minutes to browse the menu. They have a very large selections of various pizza types, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. They also have a bar which is a nice touch. We ordered the 16" Hot Honey pizza, which had pepperoni, ricotta, basil and a hot honey drizzle. We went with regular thickness crust and a square cut. The pizza ingredients all tasted very fresh, it was perfectly cooked, and the whole thing was delicious. Alexander checked in with us enough to keep us happy but not so much that his service felt intrusive. We had a great chat at the end of the meal about skydiving and left feeling really good about our experience here. Great atmosphere, delicious pizza and friendly staff. 10/10 would absolutely recommend giving it a try, and we will definitely be back.
10/10 recommend !!! This restaurant is AMAZING , the quality of the food , the timely service . & the chill atmosphere ! Food was reasonably priced , but the quality of their food makes the world of difference ! The guy the owner is the most coolest guy ! His service goes above and beyond . Definitely a place you should visit !!!
Tried Napoli for takeout and loved it! The pizza was delicious and fresh. Everything was ready on time. Definitely coming back!

They're pizza slices are huge, maybe the size of Costco pizza or slightly larger. But for $2-3 for a slice of pizza, you can't go wrong. The pizza wasnt bad. I'd rather come here than costco because they have the meat lovers or supreme slices. We got 2 slices of pizza which came out to $6.50 with tax. Pretty cheap and affordable. We would definitely come back here. Although the wait was a little bit for our two slices of pizza at 1pm on a weekday. You can also dine in if you don't want to order take out.
Amazing and very friendly service!! Right away when we walked in we were welcomed by the staff. We sat down and our waiter came over to take our drink orders and to see if we have any questions. We ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and grandma's pie with ricotta and pepperoni with hot honey on top. Everything was delicious and big portions. The garlic bread was crunchy and soft. There were lots of chicken in the pasta too. The pizza was very good and we loved the dallops of the ricotta cheese. The restaurant is huge and perfect for big groups. We really liked how they displayed the pizza and tiramisu. I want to try the tiramisu next time! Big pro of this restaurant that it is open until 1am and big selection of entrees. There's something for everyone.

Why is it so hard to get an order correct! Ordered wings with lemon pepper sauce, crispy and extra sauce on the wings, which they charge for so I expect it. Got my food and they are plain. And the lemon pepper sauce sides I ordered are extremely milky and don't taste like lemon pepper sauce at all. I wouldn't write a bad review over 1 wrong order, this is one of the many many orders they have messed it up. read more

Special shout out to Marco/Mark for the incredible service. Came in with my 6 year old for lunch and he was incredibly helpful. My son was "hangry" and his fries/chicken tenders would take a while so, Marco supplemented the hunger with complimentary apple juice and slice of cake. Sure, who doesn't love cake! When his food came out, he inhaled it. Said it was the best fries he's ever had. And I ended up eating one of his tenders -- which Marco said was "the best in town" lol Thanks Marco and team for the top notch service and food. read more
This was a very yummy Uber Eats pizza delivery experience! We had never tried this business before, but we are always down to try new pizza! Ordering was easy online. They have a very extensive menu with pizzas, pastas, entrees, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more! I was shocked at how large the menu is!! You can even order individual pizza slices which is a rarity these days. I went for a "personal size" pizza which can be customized with up to four toppings. I chose meatballs, chicken, mushroom, and olives. It was delicious! The toppings were tasty and fresh. The crust was the perfect mix of bubbly and chewy and crunchy. The size was perfect for a one person meal with no leftovers. We also tried some mozzarella sticks. These had a wonderful crunchy exterior and some of them had a nice gooey center, but a few seemed a bit undercooked as the cheese was more solid. Overall, though, this was a very good meal! I would definitely order again and try some other items from their extensive menu! read more

Great pizzeria, great service!!! The restaurant is huge and spacious and it is great for large gatherings . This place has definitely plenty of dine in room for large parties. Very open and bright decor, they have a big outdoor patio too. The location is easy accessible . It's just a bit past the WalMart on Rainbow and Blue Diamond and there is plenty of parking. They open early and stay open late, which is very convenient . Pizzas are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce is rich and flavorful and the toppings are always fresh and generously portioned. The flavors are on point and the pizza dough is so good. Their menu is very extensive and we have tried their cold and hot sandwiches, which were so delicious and you can tell they were freshly baked. We have also tried their pizzas by the slice and they were super delicious too. The prices are reasonable and the portions are huge!!! They have wine, beer, and sangrias. They also have a wide variety of desserts. The service was great and friendly. Everybody was so attentive and nice. Overall: great experience at this pizzeria, definitely worth the visit! read more
Great Pizza off of Blue Diamond! Our first time here and we were impressed! Jay was our server for our group of about 10 and he was great! Had no problem splitting checks and was on top of all the refills. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, very classic but it was outstanding! Piping hot and crispy! They also had very nicely prices glasses and bottles of wine! Found this place searching pizza places on Yelp and it looks like they had plenty of room for bigger groups. Plenty of take out and delivery orders going out as well. They have a full bar, small outside area to sit and dine, as well as a bunch of TVs showing the games! Great pizza spot! read more
Great GF pizza since I can't have gluten and this place was about the only place Taft did such pizza here in Vegas. We had the 14"thin crust pepperoni and it was good and more than enough for the two of us having 2-3 slices each and 2 slices leftover. The price including delivery + tip came to $32 which I guess it's okay since this is Vegas. It took about 60 minutes from the time we placed the order to the time we got the pizza to our hotel. I forgot to take pics so the only picture is of the leftovers. LOL. read more
I absolutely love this place! I came here for my birthday yesterday to try it out for the first time. The pizza is so great! High quality ingredients, fresh, the crust was delicious especially with a side of ranch! Jay was our server, he was so kind and patient with my family/friends & the kids. He made the experience great. We ordered a bottle of red wine which was only $14! Can't beat that! Plenty of spacious seating for big parties and small groups. This place is awesome and I can't wait to come back for more yummy pizza! 10/10! read more

My friend and I stopped by to pick up dinner, but we decided to dine in for a little bit and I'm glad we did! A sweet older gentleman (I didn't catch his name) provided amazing service and made us feel so welcome. We shared a 14" chicken pesto pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks, and everything was delicious. I do wish I got thin crust instead of thick though. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back to dine in again and try more of the menu! read more

We usually enjoy this place and order from here often. After today we will not anymore. I was given an old $8 slice topped with new cheese to make it look better, GROSS! The initial phone call greeted by a recorded AI BOT was also annoying. read more
