After doing my research on prices, I had a good experience with (Dan Wolf) Naperville Toyota. I also love the proactive approach to their service team.     Service at Toyota of Naperville is def not something I would recommend. In fact, their service dept…read moreis creepy. Came in for a supposedly "free" visual examination of my tires (what they told me on phone), after I went over a curb, and left with over thousands of dollars of strongly recommended services including new tires. Now, I do keep regular service on my car, so this was a surprise. In fact, 3000 miles ago, March of 2025, Toyota of Naperville said I have 4 tires in great shape, at 5/32 and 6/32. Now they said all 4 were at 4/32 and one had a piece of the sidewall missing, which yes, I see. So, first, they recommended at least one new tire (huh?) but said all 4 would be best. Who places one new tire with 3 tires at 4/32? I was going to pay for 4 new tires but they tried to install mystery tires without telling me the brand or model of the tire. There was no mention of the brand or style in the print out. I told them I wanted my original equipment Michelin tire, and they said they can order them, but they don't stock them. When I asked if they could print out the price and style model of the Yokohama's they have in stock and the print the price of the Michelins (original tires), they said they cannot do that. All the lady did was write a number of a piece of paper and slide it across the countertop (in picture). How odd is that (see below). It says $2365.00. I left, ordered the Michelins online at Tirerack, and had Discount Tire install them. Tirerack charged me $1130 with tax for 4 and Discount Tire charged $123 to put them on and dispose of old ones. All I asked for service at Toyota was new windshield wipers, and they charged me $77.00 for those two inserts. What? I will next go to my local repair shop to find out about all the other repairs they strongly recommended. For reference, this is a 2019 Toyota Camry, with only 33,500 miles on it.

    BUYERS BEWARE It has…read morebeen 5 1/2 months since I purchased a vehicle on September 1, 2025, and this issue remains unresolved. I purchased a 2025 GLE580, yet the dealership incorrectly registered a 2026 E350 in my name. I discovered the error approximately five weeks after purchase when I received the state registration documentation. I immediately contacted AutoNation of Naperville, IL, as I was in the process of refinancing the vehicle to secure a significantly lower interest rate. Since reporting the issue, I have experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent communication, and weak follow-up. I have contacted AutoNation Customer Service multiple times without success and have been unable to get through by phone for meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the temporary registration provided by the dealership expired on November 30, 2025. The dealer issued a letter on their letterhead explaining the situation in the event I am stopped by law enforcement. However, after recently contacting the local DMV, I was informed that the vehicle is not properly registered and that I would be responsible for any citations issued. This situation has caused financial harm, unnecessary stress, and potential legal exposure -- all due to an error that was not of my making. Prospective buyers should ensure that all registration and title documents are verified immediately after purchase.

I was hearing and feeling a very minor "clunk" in the drivetrain when I took my foot off the accelerator to slow down. I had the oil changed and 4-wheel drive service. The service writer was fantastic, clearly understood my concern and was clear they would check into it. The mechanic/technician performed the services I requested and diagnosed the issue with the drivetrain, which was extremely minor. They included correcting the issue in the charge for the 4-wheel drive service. I was very happy with the service I received and plan to continue bringing my vehicle there. I recommend Cadillac of Naperville service department.

    Purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 in April 2021. I was told it was a courtesy car for the dealership…read more We were hesitant to buy a car with 5,000+ miles on it. We were given a certified pre-owned warranty with 3/11/26 expiration date. In Feb 2026, my check engine light came on. A different dealership made a $1,700 repair that I paid for. They also stated that I have a radiator leak and that it needs to be replaced at a cost of $2,059. Came across the warranty and presented it to the current dealership. The "system" says the warranty expired 6/2025. I have been getting the runaround from the dealerships and no resolution from Cadillac. There has been no offer to reimburse the $1,700 on the original repair, and they expect me to pay $200+ toward their marked-up service cost replacement of the radiator. Both of these repairs would be 100% covered under the warranty that is supposedly invalid. Cadillac of Naperville enticed me to buy the Cadillac courtesy car by giving me the warranty. Whether this was an honest or nefarious mistake does not matter. The repairs should be covered by GM or the Naperville dealership.
