I am unsure why the bad reviews. My experience was good. I was able to make an appointment quickly. Everyone was friendly and the PA answered every question I tossed out. They offer more than OB services which I liked. If there was a down side, it was the wait, but right now, waits are the norm everywhere. I have been going here for many years and have been very satisfied until the last few years when little red flags started going up. During the last 3 years or so, there did seem to be a fast turnover of doctors. Doctors would come and go but no one stayed. Last year they were down to one doctor. Now, this clinic no longer has any doctors. They keep saying they are trying to hire a Dr., but the hiring has yet to materializ. Makes one wonder why they are having trouble hiring---and when/if they do hire, makes one wonder about the quality and ability of that doctor who they do eventually hire. When reviewing a Consent for Services form that I was about ready to sign, the very last paragraph indicated there was a $100.00 annual administrative patient fee, not billable to any insurance company and non refundable. it is mandatory that every patient pay this annual fee to cover the cost of faxing documents, calling in prescription, and consulting with staff PA on the phone. I have never experienced this fee with any other health care provider anywhere, ever . I did not follow through with my actual appointment. I will now look for another gynecologist provider. This practice is now charging their patients a $100 FEE just to go there, not covered by insurance. You will not see a doctor for that, you will see a nurse practitioner. In fact, even if you go there just one time a year you will be required to pay this fee. They say it is to handle all the things that regular doctor's office don't charge you for ie: calling in your Rx, filling out papers, calling you to discuss something and so on. What a great experience! I'm in the medical field and impressed that from scheduling/checkin with the friendly and efficient front desk staff to checkout, the entire appointment was easy. My practitioner, Eva Clark, was very knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough while taking her time to learn my medical history to provide the best care. They do charge $100 to be a patient, but it's worth every penny when you receive exclusive 5 star care with no wait and talented staff!! Would give zero stars if I could. Very expensive for literally nothing. Rude front staff that doesn't even make eye contact with you, let alone talk to you. When you walk in you have to download in app on your phone just to check in. Had to get blood work done, the nurse couldn't get any blood from my arm (because she kept missing my vein) and then tried to send me to a lab to get the blood work done there. I've gotten my blood drawn a million times (cancer patient in remission here) and that's never happened. That was about 8 months ago, never went back. Then I recently got an email saying they're charging every patient $100 to "ensure great service". What a joke. read more

I'm extremely happy to not have gone to this practice while the other OBGYN were in the practice. The horrible story's I've heard are so awful. I personally have had Dr. Elliot and nothing but amazing things to say about her. I'm 6 months pregnant and I've been in the office about 8 times and nothing but great staff with the front desk and doctor. There was a little hiccup one time when I was waiting for my mid ultrasound but that was due to a new staff nothing serious. I have not yet gone with the male doctors in the practice because Ive been fortune to have Dr. Elliott all the time. she's so attentive and lets you ask as many questions as you need. You never feel rushed out the door and she's so sweet and warm hearted. Fingers crossed she delivers my baby because she is really amazing. I found out my friend has her as a doctor as well and she delivered her baby and had nothing but amazing things to say about her. I will update when I do see the other male doctors as I was told I will during the third trimester. read more

Made an appt to go at 8:30. Got up bright and early started the drive and realized traffic was horrible because of an accident on the way. We call to tell them we will be a little late because of it no one answers the phone. We call again and same thing so we waited until we got there. I got out and walked in and told them what happened and there was no one else there. They told us we had to reschedule and I told them about me calling twice and she said oh we were so busy. One of them was on her cellphone laughing and doing nothing while this one wasn't even busy. There was only one other person in there. Definitely do not recommend coming here. read more

Kara Brogan is so sweet! I was there about a year ago for my pregnancy. The staff is so kind even to the financial department. They're awesome when you call and have questions. I ended up switched to The Family Birth Center of Naples (Midwives) only because that worked best for my family. Kara and her assistant (nurse... I'm not sure her role) made us feel right at home at our first visit which doesn't happen at most places. If you plan to have a hospital birth, I HIGHLY recommend her. Only downside- the wait time was CRAZY long. read more

Dr. Jean Burton if you don't care about women. Why are you in the field of gynecology? She's an emotional bully and an evil person. Seriously, made me feel horrible and I don't know why she seemed so bothered during my first pap. I'll never go back there or have you "help" me ever again in my life. I left your office in tears because you were so mean and cold. I now have a fear of gynecologist and it's sad because I really do need treatment. read more

Saw Dr. HOLLY Miller for my annual check up. I never felt rushed and she took her time to get to know me and answered all my questions. Very nice and knowlegable. Her staff are courteous and I didn't have a long wait. She has the latest 3D mammogram. I would highly recommend. read more

I saw Dr. Brogan in OB/GYN. First I am definitely satisfied with the office and the staff is awesome. Dr. Brogan knows her stuff not to mention she's very kind and easy going. She asked all the right questions and gave recommendations. For a visit that isn't always the most fun, the staff here made my experience worthwhile. They also provide correspondence via email and also have a mobile app for updates and to access your other information. read more

I went to see Dr. Troy for a mirena removal. She was amazing and very kind! Unfortunately she could not perform the procedure as the strings had been lost. They rescheduled me to see Dr. Burton. Awful. I was very nervous as I knew the procedure was going to be uncomfortable. I asked if my fiancé could come in as I was almost shaking from anxiety and was told no. Was brought to a room with 4 extra chairs that he could've sat in. A nurse was going to administer a pregnancy test and the doctor told her no (which I was later told by another doctor that it is procedure to test for pregnancy before removing the mirena if it has been in past the date it was supposed to be removed. Which mine had been because of the complications) come to find out, she was waiting to be called on a woman for a delivery. The doctor left the room after telling me to remove my clothes. Didn't even give me enough time to put the gown on and just opened the door wide open without knocking. I laid on the table and put my feet in the stirrups telling the doctor I was very nervous and another nurse proceeded to open the door wide open and tell the doctor she was needed for a delivery. The doctor then got up and told me to reschedule with her nurse without even apologizing and laughing about it like it was funny. All the while, my feet are still up in the stirrups!! I was extremely angry. I had to make arrangements at work to be able to leave early and they didn't even seem to care that they not only wasted my time, but made me feel that my body and health concerns were UNIMPORTANT. Although the Doctor was nice and helpful, they are nothing but money hungry. I recieved care there as a minor, and 3 years later attempted to recieve care with full coverage insurance, but they refused because my parent had not paid my bill from when I was a minor. They demanded I give them $400 for that bill before I would be seeen. They can shove their $400 where the sun doesnt shine. What they are doing is illegal and violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. After argueing this over the phone with the receptionist, she transfered me to a supervisor where surprise surprise I was sent to a voice mail. I left my name, number, and complaint, and never rreceived a call back. read more

I used to see Dr.Brogan here she was wonderful. I have recently seen a new Dr. here and didn't receive the same care and concern. The dr. I seen didn't take as much time with me and the office wait was over and hour and half to be seen. I don't think I will be returning since Dr. Brogan is longer there. The front office staff is friendly and professional. Dr Sakhai's nurse Wendy is great and puts you at ease every visit. Dr Sakhai is truly the best! She warm and inviting and talks to you about any concerns you may have. She performed my much needed total hysterectomy and all is well! I wish she had been my OB when my kids were born. She's so friendly and down to earth. How refreshing to find an MD that truly cares! Thanks Dr Sakhai and staff for everything!! read more

I went to see Dr. Monaco for post menopausal bleeding and her nurse advised me that I will most likely be having surgery so would I like to see a doctor who actually does surgery. I told her I think that's a little premature seeing I haven't even seen the dr and told her it doesn't matter who I see. Long story short I ended up seeing her twice and another doctor once and was informed I needed a D and C. But couldn't get in for 2 week. I told her I will have the procedure done when I get home since I'll be heading back up north in 2 weeks. She looked shocked and was now able to get me in for surgery in 3 days. Went back to my seasonal home and decided it was best for me to get a 2nd opinion. Did I mention that the 3 times I needed to go back there the bathrooms were filthy which was disturbing, especially for a medical clinic. read more

This is the most incompetent doctors office I have ever dealt with. I have been rescheduled on several occasions, the first time they rescheduled me is because the doctor was going on vacation yet they failed to schedule around it and had to cancel a very important procedure. The next time I was scheduled to have this procedure, I arrived at the office, was seated down to do the procedure and the liquid nitrogen tank they were using for the procedure was empty, along with their backup tank. If the doctor knew they were doing this procedure that week, wouldn't he have the nurses check to make sure the equipment was in stock? Not only did they have to reschedule me again, but my brother and mother flew down from up north to take care of me after the procedure. I've also called to speak to a nurse about getting a prescription refilled. The receptionist always says there are no nurses available to speak to me, so I left my number for them to return my call. Not only did they not call me back, but I have called three days in a row, twice a day to talk to a nurse and apparently there is never anyone available to speak to me. I never thought getting a prescription filled was a difficult thing, but apparently I am wrong. Worst treatment and servicing of patients I've ever dealt with. I'm not paying hundreds of dollars to get blown off, taking my buisness elsewhere. read more

Over a month ago, I brought my daughters in for annual checkups. The visit went well, but dealing with this office after the visit has been one of the most unprofessional experiences in my lifetime. About a week after the visit, I received a phone call regarding one daughter's test results and the nurse I spoke with was very rude and would not tell me who she was or where she was calling from so that I could pass the message along to my daughter. When we figured out who was calling, we were never connected to a nurse or a doctor and had to leave voicemails, which we did for a few weeks with no response. We were promised that test results would be ready within a week, and we are just now receiving information on how to view said results online. No one has returned our calls to go over test results and my youngest daughter still hasn't received her results. Never again!!! read more

Dr. Dent came highly recommended as I was having very terrible female problems, and needed an answer asap, with regards to cost, as I have no insurance. At my first visit, everyone was very wonderful, and Dr. Dent and his nurse Jenni went into detail about my problems and costs and treatment. My bill for that day was over $400.00, that hurt, but I left feeling relief and feeling cared for as a patient. My second visit was an emergency visit, of course, more problems. While in the room I stated that I still did not have a lot of money, so please keep the costs/tests low. Also I had concerns that nurse Jenni never returned my phone calls between the appointments regarding test results from the first time, she didn't even offer an appology, just said "We're really busy here". (Yeah, you're 9-4 schedule 4 days a week must be tough). I left that appointment and paid $60.00, thinking that was it. Then 2 weeks later I get a bill from quest diagnostics for $463.00! For the tests that Dr. Dent authorized. I promptly called their office and inquired about what test this was? Why I wasn't informed we were doing this test? Why no one told me how much it would cost (because I wouldn't have done that $400.00 dollar test, I just got done giving him $400.00 the first time). And, if I had tests done why the hell didn't anyone call me with results? I get a bill before I get results? I was very upset. I got no where with Dr. Dent he refused to help me out, refused to assist in paying for the test, even thought I did not authorize it, and started yelling at me that I'm the patient he's the doctor he makes the call. You don't ever yell at your patient! So getting no where with his office I called quest diagnostics and I told them my situation, after 2 hours on the phone with them, we discovered that due to my income (or lack of) I qualified for a program that helps people pay for their lab testing, and that actually I was qualified for 100% coverage, and that I didn't owe them anything. Thank god! I never found out the results to those tests! Then today, the reason I'm bothering to write a review, is that his office manager called my phone and left a message saying "Hi ____ Just wanted to let you kow we took care of the quest bill, and it's down to zero. Glad we could help. Call me with any questions." I called the office back and said "How dare you lie to me, you did nothing! I was on the phone with them for 2 hours and I discovered, Not YOU, that based on my lack of income (which is very embarassing to have to tell people) I qualified for assistance. Don't you dare call me and lie and say thanks to you to for anything! Thanks to you I almost had to pay $463.00 for a test I didn't even know I was having and never got the results for!" Save yourself, time, money and lies, do not go to Dr. Dent's office at Naples Womens Center! read more

I believe the women at the reception desk at Naples Women's Center work hard. However it would have been great. If they would have informed me of the separate bill from the Naples Pathology Association for $205.00 dollars while I was at their office. I got a surprise in the mail. I went to Dr.Jean Burton for my first pap smear. It would have been good if she would have informed me of the instruments that she was going to use. As well as letting me know what she was going to do to my body before she did it. I was in so much pain during the pap that I cried. Just being informative and patient would have made my experience 100 times better. I did not get the feeling that Dr. Jean Burton cared about what pain I was in. I asked her to stop because I was in so much pain with what ever instruments she used. She also told me that the trans vaginal ultrasound could be " More painful " than the pap. Instead of trying to calm me down. I felt that she was trying to scare me for the next appointment in which I would have the ultrasound. She came off as rude and very apathetic. I went in for the ultrasound appointment. Colleen performed that for me. She was very kind and understanding as well as patient. Not to mention informative. Thank God.Colleen made me feel calm. I just wish Dr. Jean would have been that way with me too. read more

I DO NOT recommend this facility! Very rude secretaries... I had two appointments for a Colposcopy cancelled the day of the appointments. The first time I was explained that there was an emergency, and the doctor had to deliver a baby. I can completely understand this, even though that appointment was cancelled 1 hour prior... The second appointment was cancelled this time because the doctor was "overbooked"!! That is very unprofessional of them, especially when an individual needs to take time off work, and make other accommodations such as child care for the appointment. There is NO reasons for an appointment to be cancelled the day of unless of an emergency. Even with an emergency, the staff should be ready and willing to accommodate you at a different time for their inconvenience. Really wish I did not have to change doctors in the middle of a diagnosis, but the lack of professionalism Naples Women's Center has shown me leaves me no choice. Zero for customer service!! read more
