If you are more interested in the gym theres lots of treadmills and other cardio machines, but for weight lifting theres only about one machine for every exercise ex. Two bench press, one squat machine, one smith machine, one leg press, ect. They also have personal trainers there as well. But their equipment is a little old. Staff and management were great especially jack at front check in (give him a raise) Also have fun activities seasonally. There's nothing you can't do here

We had to opportunity to go for SnowFest during the Holiday season with the Grandkids. This was such a great time for the kids especially when it began to snow.
