Not to be confused with Greater Nipples, which are when you have an operation to enlarge your Aureola. Could be a good facility, as some of the stuff they have in here works well, and it's large and clean and not too bad, although some of the equipment is lacking a bit, or older. What sets them apart - in a negative way - is that they have a very weird system to get in, to use the locker rooms, and the icky showers were all rusted out but they worked. Someone that looked suspiciously like Katie Holmes (pre Tom Cruise) checked me in, and while her service levels deserve 5 stars, in general I could see the issues with this facility and why some of the other reviewers didn't enjoy it. Might want to get more in line with other facilities in terms of ease of access and cleaning up the locker room too.

There are merely 7x 25 yard lanes available. YMCA allows two swim teams to occupy all lanes leaving none for casual YMCA members

Naples Table Tennis - Watch out for the ball!

Naples Table Tennis

(1 review)

I have not play table tennis for 45+ years. Several years ago. On a Friday night, I wondered into…read moreNaples Table Tennis Club right behind Sam's Club on Immokalee Road inside building #3 of Our Savior Lutheran Church on 1955 Curling Ave. There were four tables and players were concentrated and focused on playing their games. Some played with smooth inverted rubbers and several with pimpled rubber. It appeared that they not only keep the ball on the table but hit each ball with a purpose with amazing power and speed. The tables are high quality tournament table, Stiga Optimum 30. Impressive! A gentleman named Tony, approached me and ask me if I would like to have a game. I was hesitating to show my Walmart's racket but what the hell, nothing ventures nothing gain! Tony, after a few minutes of warmup, slaughtered me in 3 quick games. Every time, I pushed the ball back, he would attack me with a quick punch shot or a flick! He would return my spiny balls with ease. The powerful smash just too much for me to handle! O, well, maybe I can use a better paddle and more practice to get back in shape. There is a separate room with one table, they called the training room where you can practice and train with a partner or have a game. Now, I'm a regular at Naples Table Tennis Club working on fundamentals and smash with a better Butterfly racket called Viscaria with Tenergy 05 and Hurricane III Neo rubber. My grips and racket angles are in slight better shape. It is a great way to improve focus, hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and quick thinking. Many players are friendly and often help me to get better with advice and suggestions. It is a long journal but filled with fun and sweat! To me, this is an opportunity to become a better player and healthier life style! If you looking for an indoor sport, consider table tennis. Or simply stop by Naples Table Tennis Club to have a tryout! This is a place where you can practice with purpose and play with passion.

I accepted a job as a coach for this company in June. After working for I realized that working for…read more7 hours in the direct Florida Summer Sun was making me a little dizzy and had to respectfully resign to the manager via text. I never received a return text. A couple of weeks later I texted the manager again mentioning that I had not received any information about my paycheck. Again I received no response so days later I tried calling the number on the website for the local office. I spoke to a secretary who said that they could not find my name in the system at which point I told her that they had never given any hiring paperwork to that effect. She said that she would look into the matter and have someone call me back. No one ever called. Weeks Later I called again and gave my hours the day I worked and everything and was told that again I would receive a phone call back this was from a different secretary now. I never received a call and so I called a third and fourth time over the next month to no avail. The fourth time I asked for an address from the secretary so that I can bring the company to court to seek their compensation. at this point she gave me the cell phone number to the director. I called the director and he said that I could meet up with him on the roadside to pick up my check. my truck was inoperable at this time and so I told him if he could mail me a check. He asked me to text my address and I sent it but I never received a check after weeks went by. So I called again and he told me he didn't send the check because he doesn't like sending checks and again asked if I could meet up with him. I told him that I no longer live in the vicinity and asked if he could mail it. he asked me to text my address again and I sent it on October 2nd. More weeks went by and I never received the check so I called and told him that I never received it and i said I would be taking the company to court to seek wage compensation.. he said he doesn't like sending checks and that he needed me to give him a cash app or venmo account. I told him that I do not trust my financial information or matters with third-party apps and that I could not accept this form of payment. He started to criticize me and said that I didn't even do anything on on the shift but walk around which was a heinous lie and an insult because I worked very hard that day I coached I did most of the setup and cleanup and packing up more than anyone else and I walked around only when I was being trained by other coaches. He also said that I wasn't good at any of the sports which is again an insult because he was not even there and i played teams in college. He then asked Who I bank with and ask me to send my account information and said he would deposit the money. the following week there still was no transfer made to my account. Now 6 months had gone by. So I texted requesting the address for the company to where I could have the subpoena sent to go to court and his response was mocking me saying" I have proof that I offered to meet up with you to give you the check so good luck with that" and he refused to provide an address. I have since accepted a job as a Middle School teacher. I can only assume that this is something that they do to many other employees where they do not provide pay at the end of employment and just ignore all attempts for communication until the employee eventually gives up after years go by and they never received pay. I cannot believe that a criminal Enterprise like this caters to children and unknowing parents who entrust their children in their care. I have since contacted the Department of Labor regarding these dishonest business practices and I can only suggest to you seek a different sports Youth Association for coaching your children.
