Trash is overflowing, litter is around the toilet stalls, rolls of paper towels sit in water on the sink counters... the sanitary wipes for machines are empty and there is literally litter throughout the gym, on the floor. First time,I arrived and left immediately because the air ducts smelled like mold. Tonight, the smell was even worse--it smelled like sewage. I asked the front desk clerk about the issue, and she was kind enough to say that a plumber had come to assess the pipes and found no problem. I appreciated that she took the initiative to open the doors and air out the place, but it was still rank. Now, let's talk about the upstairs area. My boyfriend and I were concerned a couple of months ago when we noticed three huge cracks across the entire length of the cardio equipment work area. Needless to say, this issue made me feel unsafe, so I decided to work out downstairs that day. When I asked about it at the front desk, the clerk said he would bring it up to the manager. However, the cracks are still there. But the smell is the worst part. It's just awful. I'm starting to consider looking at other gyms because this place seems to be getting worse and worse.

I was charged $200 per month. I was going 4 times per month which seemed reasonable. I had a person stretch me who did a great job. When I couldn't get an appointment with her after trying a number of times I quit going. I continued to be charged $200 per month. When I tried to cancel I was told they would contact the manager. Long story short after getting the run around I'm out $600! When I finally cancelled I was told I had to wait a certain time period before my $200 per month would cancel. I talked to my attorney and he said in Florida they are within their rights. Bottom line I was ripped off. If you decide to go there make sure you know what you are signing! Tony Pariso

I also love the friendly staff at the front and the way this studio is organized. I love how roomy the lobby and hallway are as well as the fitness studio. The really cool thing I noticed about this studio are the treadmills. They must be the newest OTF treadmills I've ever seen cause they are a different font and they tell you how much incline you've done during your workouts. I loved that feature. They also have roughly 17 spots on each group. Bigger than my studio of 13 per group. Very popular place to be during spring break so schedule your workouts early!
