The group training sessions are a great introduction to working out and getting a routine--and the classes are relatively small, so you're still getting that 1:1 attention. The individualized personal training sessions are amazing, and you can really feel the benefits quickly! I feel much stronger from the program, and have worked with the trainers (Mara & Chris) to get a better nutritional diet. And Smash Fitness met all my iron needs. clean facility, top-tier equipment, and a layout that makes every workout efficient and enjoyable. Whether you're lifting heavy, hitting cardio, or doing functional training, they've got everything you need. Quite spacious with separated areas for Leg equipment/squat platforms, glute area, and even a separate floor for boxing & a posing room. Had a hell of a workout on my visit at Smash Fitness. Incompetent, negligent employees. My card got charged 2 times after I went in person and cancelled…read moremy membership in December. I don't live in Florida anymore. Employee did not follow policy by giving me proper paperwork and I have to pay for their negligence. The manager refuses to take responsibility for the screw up on the front desk employees, even though other errors like misspelling my name and saying "I was a previous member at Crunch" (Ive never been a member there), shows a pattern of incompetence. On top of speaking with them over the phone and explaining that I don't live in Florida, they charged me for a 3rd time.

So I've made the 8, yes, 8 hour drive to visit his office on 2-3 occasions during those 8 years. This last time I needed him to check metal sensitivities in my body via his use of applied kinesiology, before making a choice to have a dental implant. That's how much I trust his judgment and skills. He was generous enough to squeeze me in when he could and I do not mind waiting, I don't care how long, because that just shows he takes the time necessary with each patient, so you might have to wait. But usually I never do. He's worth the wait no matter what.

Consider yourself healed for life! And then there's the chiropracty! I've been to several chiropractors and the adjustments tend to make me need more adjustments. Not so with Dr. Finucan. I go every 3-6 months and my back feels amazing. His manipulation always puts my back in alignment and it actually stays there. May be because he doesn't just work on the spine but the muscles around it as well. Regardless, I don't let anyone else touch my back.
