The facilities are clean and almost every piece of equipment is brand new. There are all the machines you could ever want, and many in duplicate. I never had to wait for a machine or work in with anyone during the busy morning times. There is a mix of men and women and I felt comfortable working out there as a woman. There is a large "Booty Building" section of specialty machines for all those glute exercises. I thought the long runway of artificial turf was a great idea, for pushing the sled or doing walking lunges. There are plenty of cardio machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more AC or fans-- even in the early morning I was getting pretty warm while working out.

They have upgraded a lot of the treadmills and stationary bikes, and the new employees are much more engaged with the clients as is the manager. That it wouldn't be a massive set of treadmills it wouldn't be a pocket gym with no manager just a card. The place would have been decorated not feel like a basement. The staff would welcome you by name. There'd be free wi-fi access to water and coffee and men and woman's bathrooms with showers. The machines would be new and in pristine shape. Owners Jon and Michelle were welcoming and actually took the time to show me which machines I'd need to do each part of my routine. Normally YOYO unless you have a trainer. Excellent instructors who built a loyal community have been removed, while members' concerns appear to be dismissed. In my interactions, I found Christin's ( the uncertified newly hired fitness manager ) management style controlling, hostile, and completely inconsistent with the supportive environment a fitness manager should create. A once-great gym now feels more like a profit-driven spa boutique than a member-focused fitness community. I no longer trust the leadership or recommend this location--especially for group fitness. Think carefully before joining or purchasing prepaid training. They should not be able to get away with violating capacity in small heated rooms , injuring clients and getting away with it and teaching classes without training or certification. Christin is a liability.

Who answered the phone it was a guy and he also had a nose piercing he did not say his name at all When I called to ask about gym rules and requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would not be transferred unless I provided my full name. I was also told that I needed to explain the reason for my questions, and at one point I was told my questions were "stupid." The call then ended abruptly while I was still trying to clarify the situation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to understand your gym policies. I was not given clear or respectful information, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that people be provided with clarification regarding your gym rules and appropriate procedures for member communication. I won't be coming to that gym at all you can even allow to people to sing when they're working out... fk the gym fk the team is disgusted and not professional at all ... and I give a one start bc is no other choice .
