The facilities are clean and almost every piece of equipment is brand new. There are all the machines you could ever want, and many in duplicate. I never had to wait for a machine or work in with anyone during the busy morning times. There is a mix of men and women and I felt comfortable working out there as a woman. There is a large "Booty Building" section of specialty machines for all those glute exercises. I thought the long runway of artificial turf was a great idea, for pushing the sled or doing walking lunges. There are plenty of cardio machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more AC or fans-- even in the early morning I was getting pretty warm while working out.

The Doc wanted to open me up again or start injections and the PT didn't know what to do for me anymore. They told me I should plan on only doing pilates or swimming from here on out, but that wasn't going to work for an active person such as myself. It ended up being weakness in my last two toes which Jason had an exercise for along with the rest of the weak parts in my body. Needless to say, I've discontinued seeing both of those previous advisors and have started my journey back to a stronger, healthier me with SYMMETRY.
