I was later told the days I requested (which the website stated WERE AVAILABLE) were actually not available. None of the other dates they recommended were possible with our schedule and they refused to work anything out or refund me my money. They have terrible customer service and should not be trusted to teach infants how to swim if they cannot even run a business properly. Incredibly disappointing.

Fernanda is an ISR master swim instructor and seems to train a lot of people from other states. She immediately put my 7 month old and 2 year old at ease and created a rapport with them on day 1. My older one graduated early but continued by my request to strengthen his skills. One thing I might suggest as making sure you have a little bit of time to spend there because her backyard is so much fun and your child might not want to leave. She's incredibly gifted with children and I have already seen both of my children use the skills they have learned. No parent wants their child to be in that situation but I've already watched both of my boys fall into a pool in front of my eyes and I have gone to help them and waited to wash them use the skies I have learned.
