We all need to relax and unwind and this is an ideal place to do it…read more On entry, it feels like few other spas I experienced. The door has dark tint to block the harsh glare of a hot, Florida summer day and the tone is very subdued. The natural colors and decor make this feel like you have been transported to another place far from the reality of daily living. As I entered, it is very quiet and I believe I may have been the only customer. I was greeted by Derek (husband of the owner) and he immediately made me feel relaxed and ready for a new experience. He started with a tour of the facility with a stop to peruse the tray of salts from around the world... India, Hawaii, Poland (his home country). Lastly, we entered the "Adult" salt cave. The room was almost exactly as it appears online (I imagine the photographer used lighting to highlight the appearance). The room has dimmed mood lighting with tranquil background music and waves lapping a beach. The floor is covered in a finer salt so booties are provided and shoes can be left outside the door. The chairs are reclining loungers with each having a super soft blanket waiting. The sessions start at the top of each hour and last 50 minutes but as I am picking my chair, Derek tells me I can stay longer if I would like. He also mentions many people will fall asleep while here. Being that I don't sleep well, I was looking for the possible benefits of the salt and some quiet meditation. Whatever the combination of elements were at work... they did the trick. I was able to relax but didn't fall asleep which was what I really wanted. A while later he entered the room with 2 more women. I asked if it had been an hour and he said yes but stay if you would like. I would have liked but had other things to do so I decided to leave so I would disturb the others in a while. The whole experience was very refreshing and worth the price. I wish it were closer to home... I would treat myself again. Thank you Derek!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are reading the review it is a sign…read morethat you need to go check out this gym! The trainers Melissa and Amanda are welcoming to everyone and encouraging throughout each workout. I really mean that. I have been to many gyms in my life and this one has figured it out. I feel accepted and welcomed whenever I have stepped foot in the gym. I look forward to getting up for a 9am or 10am saturday workout. (I mean if that doesn't say something - like hello, what gym makes you excited to get up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning after a long work week!?) This is a group HIIT workout gym where they have a set schedule of their classes Monday through Saturday. I have tried out many different group fitness style gyms and this one is the best by far. I love how they explain all of the exercises prior to starting, but they also check on everyone to make sure that you are doing the movement correctly. I think this is HUGE in maintaining a great workout and preventing injury. This gym is phenomenal and you can see how they've really built a strong community. Sign up for a free trial week of classes and see for yourself. It is a gym that values its members and is super welcoming to new comers! I've been going to classes as often as I can for a year now, so I'm confident in saying how wonderful this place is. The workouts are always different and target so many muscle groups that can easily be forgotten about when working out at traditional gyms on machines. Amanda and Melissa are great at explaining and demonstrating the workouts. They can also simplify or intensify each workout depending on your abilities which makes it a great workout now matter what your skill level is. Do yourself a favor and go do a workout at sweat fitness. It's 2022, new year, new gym, new you.

LIFE-CHANGING RELIEF & EXCEPTIONAL CARE…read more I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Christopher Calcagni. He has truly changed my quality of life. I have very high arches and a high step, which has made finding comfortable shoes difficult for years. I also developed painful calluses and assumed the issue was simply footwear. Dr. Calcagni took the time to clearly explain the anatomy of my feet and why they require specific support. Once that underlying issue was addressed, the pain resolved completely--just as he said it would. He removed my calluses painlessly, and after being fitted with orthotics, the difference was remarkable. I am now comfortable in a way I honestly didn't think was possible. The entire experience--from the professionalism and warmth of his staff, to the calm, welcoming office environment--was exceptional. Dr. Calcagni is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but also personable, patient, and genuinely attentive. I hold a Master of Science degree and worked in healthcare for many years, so my standards are high. I was thoroughly impressed. Podiatry is often underappreciated in healthcare, yet its impact on daily comfort and mobility is profound--and Dr. Calcagni exemplifies the very best of this specialty. I recommend him without hesitation.

I am being generous here because of a few things. First,…read morethe location is in a good spot, in my opinion. It's a large enough space and plenty of parking. It's open 24/7 to meet all kinds of schedules. Members generally mind their own business, too. The cons are mostly cleanliness and attentiveness of staff. So many areas seem to never be cleaned, and 92.24% of the time (I did the math during my 30 minute bike spins), staff seem unaware of how to work in a place like this. 51.3% of the time, I'll get acknowledged when checking in or leaving. Clocks have remained stuck on same time for weeks, or dispensers empty. I've seen same toothpick on floor for 3 days straight, and stains on walls for weeks. Some members NEVER wipe things down, and no one on staff never says anything. It's gross. Good thing I've invested in Purell over the years. Make sure to shower when you get home and hose down your car in Lysol after every visit.

I walked in today and for the second day in a row there was no paper towel towels or no spray bottles to clean the tanning beds. The tanning beds FYI, always leave something to be desired as far as cleanness by the way. The manager said that they are now cleaning it after every usage. So after I used the tanning bed today, I sat down on the couch and waited to see if somebody came and cleaned it. They did not. They then put someone in right after me. The bed was not cleaned. I found the manager and brought it up to him again, saying that you lied by saying that they clean it and I explained to him how nobody cleaned it. He snapped at me, said I was attacking him and said he was revoking my membership. All because of a health code violation.Anyone know the owner??? I bet you $100 he has no idea what is going on in the gym nor the unprofessionalism of his manager. Save your money and spend it on a gym that appreciates your patronage. I will be calling the health board next

Her demeanor is caring but professional, with the intention of both putting you at ease and efficiently helping you with your complaints. Appointments are always prompt (I've never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time), and she leaves enough flexibility in her schedule that she can work in emergency appointments; she's seen me on as little as 2 hour's notice. I would definitely recommend her to a friend complaining of back/neck or joint pain. The office is modern, with clean lines and an eye towards design that is intended to relax. Parking is plentiful, with a shared lot for all the suites in the complex. Her waiting area is small, but as fast as I've always been seen, that's really a non-issue. Note that the Bing map on this page is incorrect -- the office is on the southeast corner of Airport and Radio, not the west of Airport as pictured.
