We experienced the sauna and salt cave duo; while pleasant experience this establishment is missing…read moresome of the finer or personal touches to elevate the experience. Friendly, informative, and flexible staff. Upon entering the private room that housed the sauna she explained how to sit, hydrate, and importance of wiping away toxins as you sweat. The sauna functioned perfectly however the blinking LED light made it less homeopathic than expected. I'd love to see appropriate timing, calming/healing colors, and offering typical personal touches like infused waters, teas, robes and slippers between experiences. The salt cave was a chilly room with accented lighting. Don't fret amazingly soft blankets are waiting for you on the chairs. Lighting included: very obtrusive/bright if you say near the moon, blinking lights in the ceiling behind a black canvas, softer more appropriate lighting distributed evenly on the walls. The floor was sand, not dangerous to walk on. There were a few crystals of salt in baskets, on the wall, or on the ground. The cave parts appeared to be spray foam so more decor than homeopathic. The background sounds were nice and with a little imagination you were transported. I felt a tad restricted and minimizing my overall experience as I couldn't speak with my guest in the salt cave for fear of disturbing the other 6 patrons inside with us. Waiting anywhere is inevitable however you redress and wait in lobby between sauna and salt cave session which was not thoroughly explained before booking for upon arrival. So to be relaxed and toxin free, to then put on my street clothes and wait, and the bright outside lights and noise enter the tranquil indoors with each new patron. The spa pack their schedule so tight I'm concerned at the level of cleaning between people especially given the moist hot climate of a sauna and it was less enjoyable as I felt I needed to rush out as to not delay the next person for the sauna but then wait in to allow salt cavers infromt of me to finish. Great online promotions, $75 for two for salt cave and sauna. I'm sure this establishment will elevate the experience and perhaps have more return customers with better scheduling, small touches, and a separate waiting area for those checking in vs. waiting for the next experience.

The trainers Melissa and Amanda are welcoming to everyone and encouraging throughout each workout. I really mean that. I have been to many gyms in my life and this one has figured it out. I feel accepted and welcomed whenever I have stepped foot in the gym. I look forward to getting up for a 9am or 10am saturday workout. (I mean if that doesn't say something - like hello, what gym makes you excited to get up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning after a long work week!?) This is a group HIIT workout gym where they have a set schedule of their classes Monday through Saturday. I have tried out many different group fitness style gyms and this one is the best by far. I love how they explain all of the exercises prior to starting, but they also check on everyone to make sure that you are doing the movement correctly. I think this is HUGE in maintaining a great workout and preventing injury. This gym is phenomenal and you can see how they've really built a strong community. Sign up for a free trial week of classes and see for yourself. It is a gym that values its members and is super welcoming to new comers! I've been going to classes as often as I can for a year now, so I'm confident in saying how wonderful this place is. The workouts are always different and target so many muscle groups that can easily be forgotten about when working out at traditional gyms on machines. Amanda and Melissa are great at explaining and demonstrating the workouts. They can also simplify or intensify each workout depending on your abilities which makes it a great workout now matter what your skill level is. Do yourself a favor and go do a workout at sweat fitness. It's 2022, new year, new gym, new you.

I came for a second opinion after visiting a "total" podiatrist with an office VERY close to Dr Calcagni and the difference is so very clear. LIFE-CHANGING RELIEF & EXCEPTIONAL CARE…read more I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Christopher Calcagni. He has truly changed my quality of life. I have very high arches and a high step, which has made finding comfortable shoes difficult for years. I also developed painful calluses and assumed the issue was simply footwear. Dr. Calcagni took the time to clearly explain the anatomy of my feet and why they require specific support. Once that underlying issue was addressed, the pain resolved completely--just as he said it would. He removed my calluses painlessly, and after being fitted with orthotics, the difference was remarkable. I am now comfortable in a way I honestly didn't think was possible. The entire experience--from the professionalism and warmth of his staff, to the calm, welcoming office environment--was exceptional. Dr. Calcagni is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but also personable, patient, and genuinely attentive. I hold a Master of Science degree and worked in healthcare for many years, so my standards are high. I was thoroughly impressed. Podiatry is often underappreciated in healthcare, yet its impact on daily comfort and mobility is profound--and Dr. Calcagni exemplifies the very best of this specialty. I recommend him without hesitation.

Her demeanor is caring but professional, with the intention of both putting you at ease and efficiently helping you with your complaints.
