Scheduling is extremely frustrating. Phone calls go unanswered, and on two occasions my calls were only returned three days after I left a message. Emails regarding insurance coverage were also ignored. When I drove to their Naples location to pick up equipment, I was asked to sign an iPad to confirm that I had received the equipment and to authorize Medicare billing. However, the signature screen actually stated that I was consenting to six documents I had supposedly reviewed. I had not been given the opportunity to review those documents and had to insist on doing so before signing. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in transparency, more like a month-to-month furniture rental operation than a professional medical equipment provider. read more

Several changes have been made on the new machine and I was advised to see Lilly. What a pleasure to meet her and advise me on new equipment. We received a ventilator for my husband that he refuses to use. We called Naples oxygen & asked them to please come & return it. I've had this piece of equipment in my home & they just give me some kind of run around that they can't pick it up until they get approval from their corporate headquarters. I went to my appointment to pick up a new CPAP machine and headgear. I was offered two choices of headgear both of which I did not like but I chose the lesser of two evils and chose one. I used it that night and realized it is very difficult with the plastic hinges to clip it under your nose. I returned the next day with the headgear, thinking it would be very easy to exchange it for one I am more comfortable with. That was not the case! I was told I had to make another appointment and wait another five days to use my new CPAP machine. I asked for the manager, I was advised Crystal was not there. Having watched what transpired the day before while I was waiting when the male employee gave the customer her supplies and had no knowledge on how to use those supplies and was reading instructions from the box I felt this was a worthless trip back there. Horrible service. Waiting 18 months for new BPap machine That should have been replaced In 2021. No one ever calls to See how my very old machine is holding. I have it taped in areas so it will work properly. I'm a CHF patient but it doesn't seem to matter to them. I've gone to their showroom/office in Naples at least 6 times and call them every other month. They keep saying they don't have any new machines in stock. Wow. What lousy customer service! Dr sends order to this outfit for a nebulizer TO HELP ME BREATHE on Thursday. Naples Oxygen won't provide me with it - they say they've requested notes from the doc. It's now Friday. Called them again no progress and the jerk that answered started getting nasty when I replied 'so I'm not getting the nebulizer today?' I wouldn't recommend this place. Their billing is done by someone else. I was sent more supplies than I ordered. They sent me a UPS return which I did. I have the tracking that shows it was received and shared with both companies. After 3 calls to Naples Oxygen and 5 calls to CareCentrix I still don't have the credit and receiving past due bills that threaten collection. I don't understand how something so easy can be this tough to fix. I would have ordered more supplies already, but will not use them again due to this issue. read more

During the past few days I've been trying to purchase an Inogen 3 Oxygen Concentrator. It seems that Naples Oxygen and Inogen are having some sort of war. Naples Oxygen tells me that Inogen has issues with inventory. Inogen says that Naples Oxygen is trying to do a "bait and switch" to sell me a different unit. I really don't want to be in the middle of this conflict. All I want to do is buy the unit (which is close to $3,000) It shouldn't be this difficult. read more

I would not recommend this business. I have been charged for supplies I did not receive several times. I tried to recover the cost by contacting jackie in billing who is from a different company called Buffalo Wheel chair. . She would not follow up, and gave me the run around. I sent her all my documentation. Also, they use care centrex for billing and they can't help you at all, only refer you back to Naples oxygen. I will not be going back to them. I'd give them a 10 if possible. While accompanying my wife on a business trip to Ft. Myers I discovered that I left my CPAP machine in Texas. After a fitful sleepless first night I decided to see if someone in the area could quickly provide a new machine. I dropped my wife off at a business meeting in Naples and then contacted Ashlee at Oxygen Naples. She confirmed that she had a CPAP machine like mine on hand. When I asked what it would cost to buy it she replied that I could rent it for a week if I preferred Instead of spending over $1000 for a duplicate machine the rental would cost me $75. Pleasant Surprise Number One. I asked her to hold the machine until I got to the store. Upon arrival we worked together and tracked down a copy of my CPAP machine prescription in Texas. Ashlee then produced a mask and tube that were similar to what I used in Texas and noted that, unfortunately I couldn't rent those items and that they sold for $200. I didn't care and agreed to the price. She then asked me to wait a bit more, went to the supply room and returned with a set of refurbished mask and tubes which she provided as an alternative.... at no cost. Pleasant Surprise Number Two! We then discussed returning the machine at the end of the week and I asked if it would be possible to return the CPAP machine to their Ft Myers store since it was closer to our hotel and the airport. Ashlee confirmed I could do so and thus save me a long drive before departing from the airport. Pleasant Surprise Three! Ashlee asked when I would be returning the machine to the Ft Myers store. When I answered "Saturday" she confessed they wouldn't be open on the weekend. Uh oh. She ran to the back to confer with her manager and then came back to offer to have a Oxygen Ft Myers driver pick up the machine from the hotel's front desk on Saturday. Amazing Pleasant Surprise Number Four! This transaction took about 15 minutes to complete. Ashlee is an empathetic, service oriented and charming professional who provides quick, accurate, and creative service. The center seemed to have a full range of machines and supplies and was exceptionally well laid out. I noted that the other customers in the store were all smiling and seemed to be getting similarly positive service. The rental CPAP machine and mask performed flawlessly and were quieter that what I use at home. I kind of wish I had actually bought the machine after all...... I cannot praise Ashlee and her team enough. It was a very real pleasure to work with this group and to provide this review. read more

I went to the Naples location to pickup an Oxygen Concentrator for rent during our visit to Marco Island. The device that I rented elsewhere did not work and they sent my order to this supplier to get a working unit. Unfortunately the other company did not send my paperwork, but did after I called them. The whole time from entering the store and leaving with the device was 10 minutes. I was amazed at their professional manner to accommodate my needs after reading a previous review. I believe that the company or customer was having a bad day. These folks (there were many customers at the store during the same time) handled customers quickly. The store is very nice with displays of many devices and supplies with clear descriptions and prices. Maybe amazing is not the right term, but the nicest place I have seen. Also, they are very helpful and know their products. The device I got works is exactly like the one I have at home and works great. Great job to the team at Naples Oxygen! read more

TERRIBLE service. Took in a paper Rx for my CPAP. Took Ashley over 3 weeks to submit to my insurance. Took her another 3 weeks to get back to me to find out they are not in my insurance network. I called to get back my paper Rx back (I had to go to Ohio to get it) and was told 1. Ashley was no longer with the company 2. They threw away my Rx. I have been in a constant circle between their manager on property, their billers at Care Centrix and the home company Buffalo Wheelchair company and nobody has answers. My husband bought supplys there a few years ago, they made us give them our debit card, and I explained to them that they could not take money off of it without telling me because it was a debit card, well they went ahead without permission and did it anyway, and overdrew me. I was planning on paying them cash, if there was a ballance, and they just did the same thing to a friend of mine, and got real nasty with her, saying that she signed a permission slip for them to run her card, when she went in the store and asked to see the slip she signed, they said oh sorry I guess you didn't. So they do a good job, but deal with them only with cash, or check, or they will charge what ever they feel like charging, and if they are wrong it takes months to get a refund. read more
