From my very first phone call, consultation, follow-up emails, video calls, and scheduling, every single person has been attentive, efficient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Tom has surrounded himself with an amazing team. I never once felt forgotten, hurried, or like my questions were a bother. I had a conscious sedation, or "awake," tummy tuck with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks. Because we live out of the area, I had several calls and video visits with the office before surgery. By the time I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and well informed. My questions had been answered, my labs were complete, and I already had my medications in hand. The entire process was incredibly organized. Surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I had no complications or complaints and was completely comfortable. I actually napped on and off throughout the procedure! The entire surgical team made me feel safe, relaxed, and very well cared for. The post-op care has been just as impressive. Dr. Tom personally stayed in contact with both my husband and me the day of surgery and the following day, and we were given his personal cell phone number in case we had any concerns or urgent needs. On my second night post-op, I developed a mild fever of 100.9°. My husband called Dr. Tom at 8:30 that evening, and he answered his cell phone immediately. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, talked us through what was happening, and gave us advice on what to do. Thankfully, everything was fine and it was simply my body reacting to everything it had been through. Dr. Tom then called the next morning to check on me and offered to have me come into the office if I wanted to be seen. That experience really drove home that when he gives you his personal number and tells you to call if you need him, he means it. I'm now post-op day five and am still receiving a daily text checking on my progress. That level of care means so much. And the results... WOW. I know I'm only five days post-op and several months away from seeing my final result, but I already could not be happier. I can see beautiful definition in my waist and a flat stomach, even this early in the healing process. For anyone wondering about my starting point, I'm 5'2", was 124 pounds going into surgery, and would consider myself to have an athletic build. My trouble areas have always been my "mom pouch" and love handles, where I tended to carry any extra weight. At 46 years young, I finally decided to do this as a gift to myself. I had wanted a tummy tuck for the better part of 15 years. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Tanner offered me a discount for modeling for Xeomin injections in exchange for photos. We agreed on the price and we set an appointment for August. A couple days before the appointment, they contacted and informed me that they were more than doubling the agreed on price. After a little back and forth, they finally agreed on honoring the price. They then kept on canceling and rescheduling my Xeomin appointment and going back and forth. In November, they told me they were going to come to my house to do the injections but they never showed up. They ended up ghosting me and wasted my time. On top of that, when I posted the review on Google they lied and said that I had "significant massater atrophy" and they did me a favor by taking me and in and giving me a discount, which is total BS. I can't believe they would shamelessly lie like that. They also lied that they could not locate a client under my name, when I have text message records (attached) of them addressing me by my name. Lastly, they lied and said that a return trip would not be feasible when they were the ones who ghosted me on the day of the appointment.
