My Mom of course said okay, but was not made aware the costs was $95 until after the card was swiped. (95$!) I do not think this is fair or respectful, and quite honestly feel they were taking advantage of her. Even the shuttle driver who waited for her during the appointment and witnessed the transaction said they were taking advantage. I don't mind the referral for the herbs, but the price seems rather exorbitant and given my mom's age and uncertainty with money, it's seems very clear to me what they're up to.
