Wine Country Mobile Massage was the only company that came through for us on short notice. They handled the booking and deposit very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

I only know of one other therapist in Napa certified in Lymphatics to the same degree as I, and she does not work with Plastic Surgery post-op. I also am risking working with you when you have been in the hospital, and airports during pandemic. High risk" My response to her was that this is her job and I appreciate her putting here self at risk. But that was totally up to her I pointed out in order to get my sx I had to be cleared from Covid and in order to fly home as well Next email I appreciate you pointing out that I am choosing whether to take additional risk, or not. I have just decided to not. While I was eager to help, I have not been working with anyone travelling, or tourists. I really should not make an exception. I respectfully rescind my offer to assist you in your healing process given the circumstances. I choose to protect myself. Thank you for your understanding. Well great two days of talking to you for my health when all this info was given up front Therefor don't waste your time bother with her if you've come from a doctor setting clinic setting if you've been out in the normal world Or lie to her or else she'll refuse service. Which I understand but then again WHY BE OPEN and why be a mobile therapist. It's beyond me Your better off going to a meds spa with professional consistent certified therapist Good luck with this one

I've even re-listened to our sessions and got even more out of them. In a word: WOW. I immediately booked another session with her, booked a gift session for my mom, had her on as a guest to speak to the visionary entrepreneurs in my business coaching program, and have recommended her to countless friends & clients! Seriously. Stop everything & book a session with Karrie now... she is a wealth of information and you'll walk away with a whole new understanding about yourself, huge doses of self-compassion, and a clearer map for where to put your energy in the months & year to come! At Jan's house, set with my Qs for my psych Zoom recording; had 3 Qs to ask for a dying friend. Jan…read morestopped recording to talk offline to give me her editorial comments about the friend. ??!! Then started Zoom. That was Pt. 2, 9mins. Then I asked my Qs, which was Zoom Pt. 1, Jan tested the Zoom recording and hit record, which reading was less than 1 hr. I took notes [belt + suspenders type gal]. Jan put my Visa thru the next day. Told me Zoom recordings would be emailed to me within a day or 2. However it took several back + forth emails over 4 days for the Zoom recordings. I opened up Pt. 2, which came first, Pt. 1 came a day after that. Pt. 2 audio was fine. Finally got Pt. 1, = wouldn't allow access! Discovered the operator, Jan, made a mistake and used a wrong email address, which never happened before and not an email I've ever used. Right email on Pt. 2, wrong email on Pt. 1. Jan wouldn't admit she made the mistake, instead accused me. I emailed her: fix it, or call Zoom. She wouldn't do either, and wouldn't give me company contact info so I could contact them. But she made sure she got her Visa payment $$$, even tho I only got 9 min., and still waiting to hear the nearly 1 hr. Part 1, the one with all my Qs. to ask about my husband who passed 2/6/26. She refused to tell me how much she charged when I asked 3x. Had to call Visa for the answer: $170.00! Her last email to me, days later -- testily complaining she had counted 11 emails from me about this. I replied that she reacted thruout unprofessionally, more surprisingly wouldn't help me, her client, and further these were not the actions of a friend with a conscience. A professional in any business would refund my money because I after all did not get a complete Zoom reading which was purpose after all, she made a mistake and wouldn't own up, because it was the right thing to do and because I live entirely on Soc.Sec., like, I'm not rich or middle-upper. I guess her greed got in the way. Yes, I took notes, and glad I did, but I wanted the recording. That was what I paid for. She refused. And yesterday I received in the mail from her my Visa receipt in the amount of $170! The effrontery! Not only that but aggressive and insulting disrespect. She I liken to a fraud and a swindler. And a fair weather friend. Told her from the beginning I would not let this go. And if anyone has info. on Zoom CEO contact info., please email me. Even my computer man doesn't know. Too powerful computer man all but said. Hey, no one is above any of us, not in America or elsewhere. Buyer beware. Get the goods, then payment. Thanks.
