The worse service ever!!!! manager should hire people who knows at leave something about cars or trucks.

I would highly recommend not coming here for car parts / good info. My husband is a mechanic and was working on one of his higher end cars replacing an axel. He called beforehand asking if they had the very specific parts he needed. They said they did and we drove over a half an hour to get there. Turns out they had the slide hammer but didn't have the attachment for the axel, the CV AXEL PULL which made the entire thing useless and showed their lack of knowledge. We got there around 3:30 and they were closing at four. They seemed to just be rushing us out and didn't want to check the back for the parts. Basically they had zero knowledge and were clearly just trying to finish off their shift. We found Pep Boys near by to be incredibly helpful and will make sure to steer away from this company. read more

I am a car hobbyist and I am currently working on a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser restoration. I'm in the last phase, doing body work and final finish when I ran out of paint. All I needed to finish the job was the amount that would come in a typical spray can that you might buy at a hardware store. After contacting eight Chrysler dealerships part's dept looking for the paint color I needed in a spray can, I was out of luck as none of them had it in stock. To make matters worse, it's a holiday weekend and I have to get this project done ASAP. A local Auto Zone referred me to Napa Auto Parts in South Plainfield, NJ and shared that they can make up the color in a spray can right there at the store. I called, spoke to "Dan" and he came through like a Boss! Not only is the color a perfect match, the quality of the spray is fantastic. The price was very reasonable! I walked in waiting at a register. They never asked if they could help me. When I finally asked if I need they had a part that my company called for & I gave my company name. She said no, I called my company & they did call in. The woman had a nasty disposition & seemed a little rascist. When a white customer came in 15 minutes later they greeted him & asked if they could help him immediately. The woman acted as if she had no knowledge of the part I was talking even when the instructor informed her. When she asked another worker he said he didn't know. She kept looking through a book for the part, just looking like an idiot.I left the store not wanting to purchase anything from her. She acted like straight trash. If you don't Like customer service why take a job , doing customer service? I rate this place a zero. I would never refer this place to anyone! read more

Came here to buy a shelf item was waiting for a cashier they had one guy walking around one guy on the phone two guys looking for parts. No cashier. Guy said soon as I get done Ill get to you. There was two customers in store. Terrible customer service. Better off going to Advance auto or Pep Boys. Never go NAPA again to purchase anything. read more

They don't know much. There were a lot of people waiting around, on there phones but only 2 people actually working ... Then when I finally got to the front of the 2person line they didn't know much about my problem or even what the parts of the car are called ... Lame waste of time. read more

I needed to purchase a brake hose. I called and they confirmed that they had it in stock. Got there, asked for the part, and bought it. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was even able to use my AAA membership card to earn a 10% discount! And what was the greatest aspect of my experience with them? The fact that they charged a full $30 LESS than I was quoted by the auto repair shop I was going to take my car to in order to have it installed! NAPA charged $20 for the hose and Pep Boys charged $50! Awesome experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them. read more

Sadly I agree with the first review, A lot of people who looks like they know what they are talking about, but nothing to show for, all I asked was a part, he checked the computer, with his stupid sunglasses on, inside the store while working!!!!!! and said I have to get it in the back, and stood there chatting away, stopped and then stared at the ground, 3 minutes later, he finally moved, walked around the perimeter and voila, the part is just near the freaking office behind him, had he moved faster, the store wouldn't have lost 3 customers who walked away, I think he needs to join the biggest loser, loose some weight dude it will make you move faster and loose the sunglasses you look like an idiot! read more
