If you need your oil changed in a hurry this is the place to go. The staff treats you like you've been a customer forever. The cost is very fair and they work very quickly and efficiently. But not only that, they do other checks on your vehicle that you might not think of. The put the correct air pressure in the tires and cleaned the windows. When you get your car back you can rest assured your ready to go. I will definitely be back when the car needs service. Good people, great services. Now I'm ready for my holiday road trip. read more

They did the oil change, but they almost messed up the car by tightening the cap too much. Also I was over charged for a cabin filter change they upsold despite being promised a discount, and when I went to get the car checked months later it was revealed it was put in wrong and forced in the wrong way. I called the manager to resolve it and he denied a refund. read more

I've been going to this location for sometime. They are professional and courteous. Very fast service. They always help the customer to give the lowest price by asking if we have a coupon or helping us find a coupon. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube from the gentleman that greeted me in the driveway to the cashier on my way out. The service was excellent, professional and honest!!! I really appreciated the cashier going over the oil types, filters, checking my wiper blades and tire pressure. I had no idea that Jiffy Lube offered so many services. It was a nice touch that they vacuumed the floor of my vehicle. My hats off to extrodanary service!! read more

Been coming to this business for years. Spent thousands of dollars here. I came in for an oil change, I left with a huge crack across my windshield. I stated multiple times that I would have noticed a 6" crack across my windshield before entering the business. They came back with "didn't happen here". "Pollen must have been hiding it." It is right in my field of vision and easily noticeable. I simply asked to check their camera system, which they reviewed for 10 minutes. Never saw the crack on camera upon arriving, but still stated it didn't happen there. Steve W told me he would contact me and let me know what the owner says. I had to call him, and which he stated "Not our problem, didn't happen here." Real nice customer service for a returning customer and thousands of dollars being spent in this business. NEVER AGAIN, and ANYBODY I know I will tell to STAY AWAY. read more

What more can I say about this Jiffy Lube location other than it's the Best. The individual attention they provide each and every customer is always top notch. The technician's there are always very professional, Super Friendly & they know what their doing. The waiting area including the restroom are always clean, they pay attention to every little detail, they always have awesome coupon deals and the #1 reason why this location is the Best......THEIR HONEST! Go see for yourself. read more

Got there at 1:45pm with 2 cars in front of me, left at 5pm. It was the slowest experience for an oil change I've ever had.

Granted COVID-19 is in affect...however these employees always go above and beyond to make sure I know what's wrong with my car, the things to be done, future appointments etc...and safety plays a big factor here. I simply love the way they deal with their customers. read more

My wife is currently sitting at this location Waiting, waiting, waiting No one showed up for work on time I think after a half an hour late one or two workers showed up and immediately went out for their morning coffee .who cares they need their morning coffee They are lucky though They don't work for me They would be sitting on the curb outside the building drinking their coffee out of a job read more

Charged me 94 dollars for an oil change... time before that it was 70 and the time before that it was 46. Doesn't make sense since I said to do it how they did it the last time with NO NEW ADDITIONS. Literally just a simple oil change. Mechanics always do this to women though cause they think we don't know enough, but for some reason I let it slide cause they gotta make money too. Most of that money could've gone towards my rent though, thanks guys read more

They are always efficient and courteous. My car indicated I needed a tire rotation but they said the wear was even and to not spend the $. Super nice and honest. read more

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube location for years and have always gotten fast reliable service! One thing I like is that they don't push you to do things that you don't need. They are honest about filters or parts that need to be replaced but don't push you if you choose not to have the service done. read more

Never had a problem here per se and the facility is quite clean but the men are such creepers and the manager is so obnoxious. Always trying to sell me shit I dont need. TV is so f'in loud all the time too....like insane loud. Maybe they do this so people dont talk on their cell phones. read more

Went a few weeks ago and noticed all the quarters from my change compartment were missing. I knew someone at this store took them because I added more into the compartment right before I got to the location and then when trying to pay for coffee they were ALL suddenly missing. Lock ur belongings up if you go here. read more

I took it here for an oil change and tire rotation. My car had about 74k miles and I changed out the oil every 5k with a tire rotation every 10k at the dealership. This was the first time I took it to another shop. The oil change was fine, but they informed me they couldn't rotate the tires because the lugs were too tight. They were afraid they would snap them and didn't have the replacement parts for them. They then asked me if I did it myself thinking I overtightened them. I informed them I've only taken it to the dealership to rotate my tires. They said I would have to take it back there to rotate the tires and I went about my way. I just had new tires put on at 76k miles without touching them since Jiffy Lube told me the lugs were too tight. I asked the shop that put on the tires if the lugs were overtightened and they said they had no problems once so ever. read more

I went to a Jiffy Lube for the first time earlier this week. I was (over)due for an oil change and knew I wouldn't have time to get to my usual place before doing some damage to my car. I drove in before work -- without an appointment -- and they VERY EFFICIENTLY took care of my car (and allowed me to still make it to work on time). Friendly staff and seemingly knowledgable supervisor. Would definitely go back for my next oil change. read more

Workers take cate of what's needed and any problems they foresee while ur there for services .

The men are creepy but they are quick and do a good job.

This is my local Jiffy Lube. I service all 3 of my vehicle's oil needs here. I appreciate the friendly, professional staff. They always go the extra mile. They've recently added services such as tuneups and brakes. So I had the brakes and a tuneup done on my F150 and couldn't be happier. The price was fair and the service was quick. Exactly as I expected. Thanks Greg, Dan and Jose for a job well done! read more

Jiffy Lube in North Brunswick expertise and customer service is very high level and I highly recommend them as the best option for regular car maintenance. They have NEVER disappointed me. Managers Greg and Dan are always so helpful and well informed, so I've had nothing but the best customer service experience at that Jiffy Lube location. The service station is efficiently run and everything gets done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend their service! read more

This is a great Jiffy Lube. Great Service. They finished a brake job in a little over an hour by utilizing the whole team. Like a pit crew. Great Service! read more

Go to this shop if you hate your car and want it trashed. I would say to go here instead of a junk yard, but they'd make you pay $400 for wrecking your car. Job qualifications must include: being cheap and a skilled liar. 11/10 do not recommend. read more

Great service. Very friendly guys. They suggested additional service items but didn't force the issue. That's a huge plus for me because usually service stations make you feel like your car is falling apart. I chose 1 additional service at this time and will do the others the next time I come back. Will definitely use this Jiffy Lube again. read more

I was getting an oil change and the manager told me that my car needs a different kind of oil and it would cost $79. I told him that I didn't want to get it, but when we went into the garage the oil was already drained. He took $20 off, and it cost $59 for it. The next time I got an oil change at a different place, it cost only $37 for the oil change. read more

I have been coming here for years these guys are great and always treat me well. Can't beat the fast service.

Great, fast, professional, friendly service. I go to the New Brunswick, NJ location for an oil change (and recommended fluid services if I have time) and have never had a problem. When I went to Goodyear, or, the dealer for oil changes and tire rotations, the wait was always over 90 minutes. Not the case here. I'm usually out within 40 minutes. read more

Stopped in for an oil change and also the lining on the bottom of my car had come loose and was dragging. Not only did an efficient oil change happen (I had gotten a major service done 10,000 miles ago, and did not get any high pressure sales tactics for air cabin filters or engine flush, which has happened elsewhere), but they were able to reattach the bottom of my car...I nice surprise so that I didn't have to go separately to a body shop. Friendly, quick service, reasonably priced, went above and beyond in fixing something that they didn't have to. I'll be back! read more
