If your looking to apply here I wouldn't, I was referred by one of the coworkers at the warehouse, no matter how I apply I'm always denied even though they are in "desperate" need of people, they hire who they want. HR Cynthia was NO help whatsoever, gave me the run around on how she doesn't do the hiring process when she does. She's a liar and doesn't do her job. I was "helped" by a guy in the front desk named Mitchell and he said they didn't had a part for my car that they only sell it at the dealer so I looked online and I found it, came back and bought it, the costumer service it's the worse I ever experienced at any store in my life, I wish they would put more attention to customer service and support and I am sure it's not the front desk fault but clearly a bad management of the store, they all look so unhappy and drained, I hope I never have to come back to these store read more

Situational awareness of store employees is not to even a low level. It is non-existent. I have always liked NAPA. However, I will never go to this store again. Additionally the stock of tools is mostly empty. No customers, no goods to sell I guess. read more

Talk about a bad experience my kids car broke down in front of their location I asked for a can of quick start to get them out of the street and they told me no they had to close early due to the coronavirus I'm right at their door unbelievable lost a customer for life. Used to trade here all the time when I had my own shop. came in for filters for two Chevy 03 trucks. had the Napa numbers from the old filters. two very slow counter attendants said the numbers were no good and ask me where I got the numbers from ? I told them off of the filters that say NAPA on them. strange that I had bought these filters from this location just 2 to 3 months earlier. I left and bought filters from another company. I was on the phone with an employee named Steve and waited quite a bit just to get my questions answered and figure out if they have a part on hand since right when I called I was immediately put on hold and stayed on hold for 23 minutes and that's not after I asked what I wanted to know. They don't handle business well and seems that the owner doesn't even know how to run the company with all these reviews and nothing from the store changing besides getting worse, this store is only needed because of the warehouse other than that it's a piece of money burning crap read more

Garbage products, garbage company. Motorcycle battery didn't last more than a month. Won't warranty their own product because I didn't keep a receipt. Says Napa right on the battery with part number. Says it was manufactured in 2/22. Nope, can't help ya out. No wonder no one goes to NAPA. Oriellys is way better and they can look up your purchase on the computer. This place has employees who seem they are in no rush to get things done. I called 25 minutes before I arrived to have the items put to the side because I was in a rush and could not wait. I get here and not only are they not put to the side, but they were not picked at all. So I am waiting even longer. And they brought up the wrong item. So I have to wait again. All while 3-5 employees just stand there stuffing their face with candy and fooling around. No sense of professionalism at this location read more

This Napa is the worst Napa location i have ever worked with. Inventory is so off that nobody can ever give a correct or reasonable answer to why your a hub/ warehouse and never have the common parts is stock. Meaning that every day common vehicle oil, air, and cabin filters that every other none hub store carries, but this location. I dont get it? This problem is very difficult when the reps are none stop feeding my bosses and myself none stop B.S. just to get us drop it till what was talked about isnt full filled as promised by Napa staff. Dispatch staff at this store is condescending extremely rude.
