Two years ago I bought a new battery here for a car I don't drive in the Winter. Today, I tried to crank the car to take it out after it had sat in the garage for nearly three months. Nada. Dead battery. I tried jumping the battery with no luck, so I took the battery out of the car and went over to Advanced Auto thinking I'd need a new battery and not real happy that my two year old battery was dead. I explained to them that I thought I needed a new battery and they said, "Well, let's test it and see." They then explained that they could put it on a quick charge and if it took, they would re-charge the battery. If it didn't take, new battery under warranty, no questions asked. This was going to take 45 minutes so while it charged I ran down to Trader Joe's (another 5 Star experience!). When I returned, my battery was charged and ready to go. I popped it in the car and Vrooom! I'm ready for Spring! Very helpful people who can assist with many typical car issues. My experience couldn't have been any better!

Obviously this was not preferred so I called Lewisville Motors to have a used one pulled. Long story short, he found a new one (preferred for this age of car with a turbo) close to the used priced and could have it the next day. I was schedule to leave to go there to see my daughter play in a volleyball match around 2pm so was worried about the arrival time. Lewisvillle called me at 9:00am and said they had the radiator. They saved the day and now the shop in a Banner Elk has their contact information to order parts.

Friendly little place to do business, they's got a smile on when you pull in and you'll likely have one when you pull out, it's just that kind of place. Saw a couple used trailers on line and since I was almost nearly going to be close to there I stopped in for a peek. Better looking drags than I'd seen elsewhere and I was assured they had been confirmed road worthy or made to be. After a couple days and disappointments closer to home I was back up fixing to drive off with the remaining trailer. The whole purchase thing went pretty well: ask some questions, sign some papers, review some forms, do the cash-for-goods exchange. Then before you leave you have to/get to walk through the hook-up check list with a real live person to ensure that lights and chains and receivers and tires and all that are functioning as intended. Once around the lot to see how the trailer trails (tracks a little left) air up the tires and out. What a way to do business! Did I mention they was friendly?
