I…read morefinally decided to just go to the local shop in Faribault and talk with their service advisor Margie Herley. I have since scheduled two service appointment for the coach with multiple repairs and have been very well satisfied with work done on my RV, I had one instance where a repair was made to get better heat on the coach and went on a trip, it did not work as well as it should, so I brought it back. The manager more than made up for the cost of bringing it in a second time and it is working great now. They do stand behind their work even though it was a few months between the first repair and our trip out West. Will definitely use them for our service work as we live here in Faribault.

This guy is really rude. I didn't buy from him because he was such a jerk. He kept referencing…read morebutts and I was homosexual. I'm not but he didn't care and was really rude. I'd be worried about buying from him. If you had an issue with one of his vehicles how much more rude would he be?
