They seem to have most of the normal items you expect to find at any auto parts store. I have had wonderful service from the guys behind the parts counter. They take the time for me to explain what II need-sometimes, including drawings. We stopped in, recently, to look for a license plate bulb. We tried another auto parts but they didn't have LED. O'Reilly did have both types. The LED part was $8 which is equal or better than what we found online. While they have many of the regular items, I found less of the selection of different items. Window shades may not be essential for their regular shoppers, I like having choice. I would go back to O' Reilly Auto Parts if I needed a part but not, necessarily, first.

Our neighbor was having a bad time with his RV. He had an electrical problem. First, his batteries…read morewere dead so he had to replace them. Next, the charging system wasn't keeping the batteries up so he called El Centro RV Repair. Luckily, we spoke to Rene when he was out last week working on & helped another RV and got his card so we knew who to call. Rene and one other guy came out and fixed the cables that were loose-but it didn't solve the charging problem. Rene said he needed a new charger and could get a one in by Tuesday (3 days not counting the weekend). They replaced items that he found a switch that would have fixed it. They didn't find the problem and RV still didn't work.

THANK GOD one of the workers told me it was okay for me to leave it there until the owner got there, checked my car and he would tell me "what's up". I decided to wait, and of course it was a while because I didn't have an appointment so I understood. Guillermo came told me he was going to see the car and give me a call to tell me how bad it was and the estimated price. A day passed because I wasn't the only client there (duh) and when he called, he gave me all the info. He was honest and told me how things looked but also prepared me if it was going to be worse once he fixed what I broke. Guess what? It was just as he said it was going to be, an easy fix and what I paid was nothing compared to what others charge. Did it take him a couple of days? Yes. Well duh! it was an unexpected job but he did so good and I loved the honesty and straightforwardness. I am recommending him to everyone I know!

Just like anywhere you go, there is a system. First come, first served. HOWEVER, if you rather have a shop and a mechanic you can ACTUALLY trust over "princess treatment" and "catering" then this is definitely a place to take your cars. When I've been forced to take my car to another shop for X reasons, it is never for that one thing that I get billed for. It's always a phone call telling me how my car need x,y and z and if I don't do it my car will be ruined and burst into flames When I go to PRO Auto I'm not hit with any surprises. I am advised of possible upcoming services it may need and usually am given a suggested time frame for repairs. The shop always looks busy and full and the owner, Guillermo, is always running around like a madman working on vehicles, making calls, negotiating, dealing with customers. He can easily be misunderstood for rude due to his voice and demeanor but in all actuality this man is a hard worker, honest and dependable. From my conversations with him through the years I know they take on a lot of big jobs but they do not neglect or reject customers regardless of how small the job is. For those of us that know the shop and the people, we understand that if you want an oil change, for example, leave your car as soon as it opens and that's that. Bigger jobs have required me to leave my car but I rather leave it and trust that they'll do it RIGHT. Like the shop sign says, "We guarantee fast service no matter how long it takes".

RICK MILES, My recent service experience was the worst so…read morefar. Put that together with the notes/goals on your glass door to push your sales team to write up more services and you get what you offer in this department. They call dealerships like Kia Imperial Stealer-ships. As I waited in the service office, I heard the two other salesmen in the room offer the same "extra services" to all customers. Which, if accepted, would change a simple service/oil change of $109 into a massive bill of $800 + for services which it appears that all of us then needed at the same time???? You offered the same added 'opportunities' to all five of us in the service office. One poor young lady was 'forced', 'coerced'  into choosing 'just two' this time and maybe two the next time- she only came for a simple service...!!!??? Now she is stuck without groceries for two weeks because of your high-pressure sales techniques.  SHAME ON YOU!!!    I am incredibly disappointed in this dealership ever since they removed Jeff Alford as the GM. I look forward to sharing this with KIA corporate. You folks are shameless- sin-verguenzas. I am glad that my two Kia's are now approaching the end of their warranties so I won't feel guilty just going to an honest local mechanic that won't try to 'force me into ridiculous extra services. By the way- the video's that you send out, are only as good as the effort that you put into  making them. The ones I received were not done well.- the audio was almost not there- no explanation of what I was seeing and why it might be important to authorize the ever-appealing cabin airfilter replacement. For how much? double the price of Autozone or O'reilly's ... Plus labor of - for an act that you have already completed when you removed it and showed me the evidence of a poor filter and then put it back...??? How do I even know that you are showing me my filters and not just a pile of old filters that you have already swapped out?  - Those are the questions raised when you can't trust your dealership!!!  Try Building TRUST!
