Jeff searched high and low for a solution he knew that would work, not compromise the integrity of the diamonds, not change my setting too much, please me, etc. Jeff found a company out of New York that redesigned the top of my ring so that diamonds weren't loose, prongs weren't broken, and he could be sure it would work long term. Stopped in Franklin Jewelers to get a new battery for my Kate Spade watch. I had sent them a…read moremessage on Facebook to make sure they could change it for me and even though it was after business hours, I got a very prompt response! My watch battery change took less than five minutes and even though there were a lot of people in the store and most associates were busy, they helped me pretty quickly and the cost was only $10. The inside is very nice and there's a cool mural on the outside of the building too. Make sure you check that out before you leave. Great to see a small business thriving and will definitely be back if I need any other jewelry or watches repaired.

I came back after multiple calls, and my watch wasn't done! I told him I just wanted to wear my watch, (which I gave myself as a HS graduation present, and we've been through a lot) In two minutes, he had an ugly brown band on a Blackface silver Seiko. A new chapter in my watch, I guess. He comped it, so that's why he's getting four stars. They could work on their watch repair game.
