While I can't say I'm 100% cured (I've got a LOT of injuries to deal with and I was only out there for a week!), he did help my pain immensely. Please try Dr. Stebbins. When I was recommended this place by a friend, I was honestly pretty skeptical of the whole 'put a…read moreneedle in, fix my muscle cramps' thing. I mean, it sounds crazy, doesn't it? Anyways, I called to schedule an appointment after waking up at 3 in the morning from back pain, and found Dr. An a very polite man, although somewhat abrupt and very direct in manner. Keep in mind, i've had back pain ever since I got in a car crash a couple months ago. I started going in about five weeks ago, and haven't felt as good as I have since I finished high school. His wife and what I assume to be his son were very polite, and accommodated me to the best of their ability. I honestly didn't know what to expect at first, because all I knew about Acupuncture prior to my visits were that it involved sticking needles into your body haha. Dr. An's son actually attends the same university as I do, and as peer to peer he gave me a dressing down of what he assumed I was going to go through, which was pretty cool. Although I had to wait around 10 minutes, Dr. An came out of a room and welcomed me into another private room, and consulted me about my issues after I filled out some paperwork. He immediately told me that I should probably stop smoking(which is obvious, duh), and worked out a rigorous diet and exercise routine with me, along with the treatment. Oh, and by the way, the needles are really really thin. I didn't expect them to be practically painless haha. After a couple weeks of treatment, my back pain was practically gone. I could actually bend over without half my back screaming in pain. Honestly, I didn't stop smoking despite his advice(I think he knew cuz he always looked at me disapprovingly when I walked in), but acupuncture freaking worked. The only reason why I rate 4/5 stars at the moment is because of some of the difficulty in communication with Dr. An. He is extremely well meaning, to the point that he even bought me nicotine gum out of his own pocket to try to help me stop smoking, but he LOVES to lecture young people. It's honestly entertaining to see him do it to his son, but he also lectures me.. :( I know I need to stop smoking but come on, it's my one little vice, right? xD Still would highly recommend this place, cuz it helped me when even pain meds and ibuprofen couldn't. Costs were practically negligent as well, because insurance covered all of it.

I was recommended to see Dr. Ron from a friend. I was apprehensive at first because: 1.) I am definitely NOT a high-performing athlete, and 2.) I felt like my pain was all muscular and not bone related. I had always thought chiropractors just focused on bone issues! After Dr. Ron performed a full consult, he showed me that indeed my lower back muscles were in pain because of misalignment with my bones. I was intimidated at first, never having my back or neck aligned before, but after just one treatment from Dr. Ron, I went home 95% better and 0 pain. I was just a little "tender" like after having a massage. After treatments 2 and 3, I am 100%. I am no longer scared of the alignment process and look forward to my monthly treatments.
