There is a few small tables for small groups to eat in and there is a fresh salad bar on the counter where you are handed a good sized tub to fill with whatever fresh salad you fancy. The portion size of the food is generous especially the chips! It is fairly priced and I have never felt let down by Abduls as a company. Without airing my laundry, me and my partner had a homeless spell before christmas and we were cold, it was throwing it down with rain outside and we needed the toilet and food. We went in and the staff could see we were distressed, they allowed us to use the toilet and gave us 2 portions of chips and told us to pay them back when we were no longer homeless. The minute we were housed we paid them back of course but this shows the level of hospitality is available from this establishment. Amazing place to go!

I've converted quite a few people into fans. I tend to use this place as a takeaway more than an eat in place as its not too far to go and it's cheaper to take it home and eat it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is a very good standard, far better than most chinese takeaways I've been to but I think that's due to it being a restaurant too which pushes the standard higher. This is a popular place on a weekend so if you're eating in it's probably a good idea to book a table, if you can't get booked in then just order a takeaway. The only downside is they don't do delivery as they are very busy so you have to get it yourself.

I have rarely had any problems with the quality of the food: I think on only one occasion the fries were underdone. One thing McDonald's has over Burger King is that the fries are both salted and there is extra salt readily available. I find lately that BK both leave their fries unsalted (ugh!) and will only give you salt if you actually ask at the counter (and if you forget, you will have to either queue or brave the angry looks and mutters of the queue if you jump in). If this is a health initiative it's rubbish: if you were concerned about health in the first place you wouldn't be eating at a fast food joint, plus fries without salt are horrid.
