This restaurant appears to be the go to spot in Wyandotte for basic comfort food staples. Even if the word "coney" is not in its name, the place is essentially a coney Island with a wide selection of menu items to please anyone and no clear specialty. I decided I would rather eat that day's special to save some time. I ended up landing on the tuna pita sandwich and a cup of New England clam chowder. Both were tasty but neither were extraordinary. It helped that I was very hungry and in a crunch for time. The take home message is you've probably had this food before and it's good if you know what you want, but there isn't anything particularly unique here.

I go here about once a month and have never had a bad experience. The Staff is always friendly and i always get my food fairly quick. I love their breakfast especially the encrusted french toast, i also love their Kosher Corned Beef Sandwich, Nanna's is always clean when im there to.

Gyro meat

Ordered two Greek salads with gyro meet. It was an extra 4.50 and this is all that I got. Food was excellent, but very dissatisfied that I was charged this much for the little I got.

Great little diner in downtown Wyandotte. Stopped in hoping to get a good breakfast and had the gyro meat and eggs.

Raising prices during the Wyandotte Street Fair is a good way to lose business. $6.00 for one Coney Dog? Will not be returning.

This was our first time at Major Biddles! The food was worth the trip for me. The place was not as…read morepleasant. The bathroom lights weren't working in the women's room for 1. Then sitting us on the patio instead of indoors was the second issue. The Greek Chicken Pasta was seriously one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had! Delicious feta with loads of chicken, feta with tomatoes and Kalamazoo olives. I have never had a pasta dish like this before. I would return to savor this dish again!

Friday dinner. Super…read morenice people except for an errant young hostess who got very aggressive about taking a menu we were saving in order to get a to go order. Not nice about it at all. When you piss my laid back husband off you have definitely gone wayyy wrong. Our server was amazing though. Efficient and Uber friendly. We got our food quickly and piping hot, drink refills before needed. She was charming everyone in the room I think. Everyone seemed in a good mood. The food was nice. We especially likes our Cuban egg roll app. Stuffed full of meat, they had terrific flavor and were filling to boot. Made my husband thank about getting the sandwich next time. He had barbecued shrimp this time. Excellent bbq sauce. His sides of choice were really tasty vodka sauced pasta and just okay cheesy potatoes. I went with the piccata style perch which had great flavor, a perfectly done huge baked potato and a wreck of the loaded up brussels. The Brussels may do it for some but they were a no bueno flavor mess to me. Yikes. When I was nearly finished I got a big old bite of bone in my perch. The manager stopped by and was appropriately concerned, super apologetic. Offered us all kinds of freebies. I assured her it was not necessary. I truly enjoyed my meal there. I was stuffed and satisfied. We took prime rib melts to my parents and they were happy. Overall a nice food night. We will return.

This rock 'n roll themed diner is a downriver favorite for breakfast. The food is consistently…read moregood, even if the same order isn't always exactly the same. For example, I get the "Hearty" breakfast most of the time and it comes with eggs, meat, pancakes, potatoes and toast, and it really highlights what is this place's strength. Eggs: I get mine scrambled and have a nice selection of hot sauce to choose from. Meat: I appreciate that they offer turkey sausage since I don't eat beef or pork, but my wife loves their bacon if that's your thing. Pancakes: quality varies the most here as they are sometimes a little pale (but still good) but more often the idyllic golden one expects when ordering. Potatoes: lots of variety here, too, as my home fries come in different sized cuts with seasoning ranging from none to "no need for salt or pepper?" Toast: Again, wide variety of choices, I go with sourdough most often If this sounds like a lot of food, there are lots of other options that make it appealing to smaller appetites. But what I like about the "Hearty" is all the choices and the variation in style (probably depends on who's staffing the griddle) allows me to order the same meal and still feel like I'm getting some variety. Having said that, keep an eye out for the specials. They sometimes are tempting enough to get me to stray from usual. In addition to good food, the service is always friendly, and we've been back enough times to where I think every server recognizes us. Like I said, it's a favorite.

There were 2 tables that were a little louder than usual, but even when they left, it was still too noisy. Appears to be no sound deadening in the ceiling. This makes us reluctant to dine here again. When you can't hear the person sitting 2-3' away from you, at the same table, it is NOT a good thing.
