Talk about a total Rip Off , at hundreds of restaurants we upgrade a cup of Soup that comes with a meal. All places charge average of $1 for a whole bowl upgrade. She charged $3 WTF you say, not only that tried to charge $1 Xtra for lunch special. Been a customer for decades, NOT any longer SHAMEFUL ripping off your customers. Folks be very careful, look closely at your bill. After many dozens of great meals, your DEAD to me. #zorbasriverview #ripoff #overpriced #neveragain #stayaway

Dragged myself out of bed for breakfast lunch special on Memorial Day. Had to repeat order twice, got tbt number two. Eggs tasted like meat Grits were beyond disgusting. Zero flavor. Was leery to ask for any condiments or silverware based on the reviews they nickle and dime you. Paid $6.50 for something that was supposed to be $3.25. Now I see why drunken and hungover people eat here

I like this place because I think they have the best coney's downriver. The rest of the food is good as well.

Don't go here past 10pm unless you want old food that will make you sick. During the day it's just any average Coney Island.

Everything is freshly made. Nothing is reheated. Nothing is stored overnight. You could tell by the aromas in this place. My wife is just an awesome when it comes to places like this. I am a big fan of grilled cheese sandwiches. This was even better. I had it with a cup of lemon rice soup, and the fries were thrown in for free. My wife had fun and salad when I told you we could not eat it all we got food real quick and we were highly satisfied. I guarantee if you have those cravings late at night . That is all ! Our waitress could pass for Sydney Sweeneys younger sister. She friendly and bubbly. We ordered steak n eggs, Philly cheesesteak, lemon soup and coney dogs. It came out in a decent amount of time. Steak n eggs was fine. My friend liked the lemon soup. The Philly cheesesteak was surprisingly good. The bun was soft and toasted. The seasoning was delish. We also never tried a coney dog from MI, so it was pretty good. Mainly because of the snap the dog had to it. The restroom however looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. At the end, we asked the check to be split. She didn't do it. So yeah, overall, would I come back? Meh, probably not.

We were seated almost immediately, greeted by a pleasant young woman who took us to a comfy booth. Service quickly arrived as we ordered the usual- a water and a piping hot cup of joe. Classic. The menu was full of tantalizing options, each calling our name - "order me...." - and we struggled to decide on the Heavenly Hash, over easy, seasoned fries. Classic. A shared glance at the 'Mexican Omelette' and we knew that I had to order it once again. Served with a crispy spread of home fries and a soft side of toast? Classic. My partner nursed her coffee, a contemplative look on her face, an itch in her fingers for a cigarette. Menthol. Classic. We poured over the local paper looking for clues on our next case.. This wild world is changing into something not even I can recognize anymore. Except crime. Crime never changes. A ringtone - my phone. A call from the department chief. Time to go. Great service. Two times I ordered a BLT and french fries. I'm super picky about fries...I ordered them well done both times and they were PERFECTION. I have no idea what type of oil they fry them in, but they were tasty, crisp, and hot...just how I like them. And the order was huge! The BLT had crispy bacon as ordered and a lot of it, plus the usual tomato and lettuce. The only thing lacking was a side pickle, but I will ask for one next time and make the suggestion. Another order was a ham and American cheese omelet for breakfast. The ham was in chunks! I kid you not. Flavorful and good...but IMO it overtook the cheese part of the omelet. It needs another slice of cheese to make the omelet perfect. Hashbrowns were crisp, hot, and good. Toast is toast. Lastly, I tried a chef salad. It was huge and heavy! Totally large enough for two meals! Big full strips of ham and turkey - I cut them in half to save for a second meal. Tons of cheese, lettuce and tomato, and the hard boiled egg was perfect, as in no green to be seen! Dressing on the side, and I added croutons at home. This is exactly how I like my salad! The menu itself is large and varied - pretty much anything you want is on there. (Looking at YOU, meat loaf...) There is also a display case with desserts that looks very tempting... I will have to check that out next time. I think the prices are fair. The restaurant is clean and cozy; the service is really good, friendly, and fast. The location is great too - I-75 and Sibley Rd, just off the exit past Racho Rd., so if you are a traveler its an easy place to stop in to eat, then jump right back on the freeway. I'm giving this place 5 stars. The effort is there. I think you will love this place!
